But iCue is the worst software, I have to manually reconnect the headset every time I use it instead of it just turning on and automatically working. Corsair even sent a replacement dongle and no luck

My only complaint would be the head band does cause some discomfort after an extended period of use.

Also when using wired it adds tons of audio latency bummer i really wanted to like it but big let down. I ended up getting Sennheiser HD 560s so much better incredible sound. The corsair was okay. Ended up returning it.

My son has gone through 2 of these headsets in only 8 months. The microphone breaks off after actuating the up and down daily for a few months. The ear pieces also fall apart after normal daily use from a few months. Same problem on both headsets. He is using a 3rd different cheaper headset pair from a different vendor now and hsa had no issues.
