Cooler is awesome, fans need work.

I'm not overclocking, but I run CPU-heavy processes and plenty of VMs, and my temps are pretty much constant. Plus, the USB interface built-in is pretty slick, and the software that comes with has some nice monitoring capabilities. The only issue is the fans, which produce a bit of noise sometimes when they're running. You can get similar quieter fans if this bothers you, it has mounts for a standard fan size. Make sure the fans are plugged into the included cable from the pump for automatic speed control.
