I bought this for my new gaming PC build and it works great. The link software needs to be downloaded for this product, but it seems to be working great.

Would recommend it for a couple of hours of game game or not for the first one person and I'm sure they will and the other game and the other one

Well built CPU cooler. Installed pretty easy after moving around some items in my mini tower. Whisper quiet and solid performance so far.

Using in my Ryzen 5 1500x, overclocked to 4.0 the. It keeps the processor die well within acceptable temps, with room to spare.

This item took about 30 minutes for me to place in my computer after removing the previous product, it has worked without fault since.

Had one of those cheap brand coolers that stopped pumping after a month. This ones still cooking like a champ after a year.

This unit is keeping my CPU a nice and cool 34C. It installed with no problems and was certainly a pleasure to use.

I bought this product out of desperation (it was the only one they had left and Alienware does not support and no longer uses my old model cooling unit for obvious reasons) . . . I needed a CPU cooler because mine had died and there was no way to repair it. This cooler was ALL WRONG for my computer because, 1-it was a back plate mount system, 2- because the cooling radiator was a dual fan system not made to mount where my cooling system fit. After having to remove the mother board ( not a very easy endevour ) I had to install a back plate mounting system ( provided in the box ) because I'd previously had the Intel Pin Mounting system. I could not have done this without first taking smart phone pictures of where every wire and plug goes to refer back to. I was hoping and praying once I got it done and all back together that the over heating had not damaged my CPU Processor. I used NEW grease and wired up the contact module as prescribed after finding unused terminals to plug into that fit my needs. Believe me when I tell you that CPU Processors are more resilient then they lead you to believe. They will shut your computer down before being damaged in most cases. All of that done now I powered it up and the updates began . . .it had sat idle and unused for a very long time. It performs flawlessly despite the cooling radiator sitting outside of the case on the table with nowhere to mount. At least now I have a computer that works back to it's full potential now and the CPU cooler is running very quiet despite a full gaming load. - - - Bobby

This is a great product, but when I kick the fans up to full speed they get pretty loud. While this can be corrected with buying higher quality fans, its still a bummer.

Had the first one 2 years no issues built a second system for the wife so it was my go to cooler

This liquid cooler works great, but beware, it's for a larger case.

It does its job, its a pain to get it installed in push/pull but it delivers. would go with it again.
