The usb connector on the cpu cooling block fell into the block. Had to exchange for another one which was extremely inconvenient. Replacement unit has been working great. Thanks Best Buy with easy exchange.

So I upgraded my cooling to a Corsair h100i and it was running great for 2 weeks. Today I turned on my computer and it was making a really loud grindy noise, consistently. Which I never had happen before. I then remove the unit from my rig and right as I'm taking the radiator out of my rig water pours out of the side of it, all over the floor. Luckily it seems my hardware is fine, as it poured out in the opposite direction away from my rig.. I am absolutely shook and almost lost my ~$1700 rig. I was extremely careful and know it was not user error. AVOID this like the plague

Updates messes with your settings. And bubble noises in performance mode. This is all in just one year of use. Not a good CPU Cooler for long term use.

Fortunately I shut down pc at night, as the processor hit 80 degrees celsius at idle. Even with the cautionary shut down, there was the potential for damage to the processor if it had hit up to 90 degrees. Corsair told me a 2 week turnaround for a replacement. Fortunately with Bestbuy extended returns I returned it and bought an elite as a replacement. The elite works great. I gave its replacement a 5 star review, and I realize that things happen, but with my particular unit it was dead in a few hours and could have caused damage.

Had to replace the first one it was defective. Now the second one is having the the same probelm. The CPU color RGB lights won't come on. Contacted Corsairs and they are now going to replace the second item.

Missing Screws and USB Cable

This makes this product completely unusable. I can't even find a workaround since these thumb screws are very specific to this product, so I can't just go to a store and get a replacement. Even if I found screws, I wouldn't be able to get the lighting to work since they forgot the usb cable too. Now I have my entire pc build delayed because of this.
