2 units now and the RGB for the ML120 fans supplied do not work. It doesn't matter if I connect them to a lighting node pro or the RGB connectors supplied with the AIO. Very frustrating. iCUE is a nice program and would like to have all my Corsair products controlled by it. By the way, iCUE won't even detect the cooler either. Tried everything and currently working with Corsair directly.

I gave this two stars because the cooler does its job but the fans don't light. I would not recommend this product. Go with a different brand.

Looks nice and runs decent. Didn't include any screws to allow mounting in a pull configuration which is a let down for how much it cost

The cooler works as advertised, but the screws that places radiator on top of the case somehow didn't fit.

The leg lights of the fans that are connected to the cooling do not work and I had to connect them to motherboard so they worked.

I love corsair, most of the peripherals I own are corsair, but Ive purchased 2 of them in the last year, the first one from amazon, and this one from the best buy near my house. The first one had damage on the hose and the liquid leaked out in the box, I returned it and purchased the second from best buy only to have shorted out on me after a few days of use.

I installed this AIO, and once it was installed the micro USB plug looked to be sagging slightly off the side of the pump. When I unplugged the cable from the pump to reattach it, the micro USB port on the pump broke, and fell into the block somewhere and is now just floating around in there. Will be returning and sticking with my previous cooler.

I installed the liquid cooler on June 7 and three days later, on June 10th, I picked up the system tower to move the location and I heard something moving inside the case. So, I opened the case and saw that cooler mount was broken. On the third day... I would not recommend this item because you will need to spend extra money that you shouldn't be spending.

the box came damaged. And when I opened the delivery box the packaging was bad .

Pump went out after about six months. Worked well until then.

Its very cheap not worth the price get an actual performing cooler.

ML120 fan did arrive with some of the LEDs not working

I have all Corsair products in my computer everything matches as far as the lighting goes,my pump went out so I bought CORSAIR - Hydro Series H100i RGB Platinum, not only did the color not match it would randomly flash. Super disappointed

Seems like its not filled properly. Make terrible noises in any configuration. Installed after return date had past.

RGB was dead on the actual pump. Returned and new one worked. The actual RGB on the fans is super dim. WEAK SAUCE.

This thing is scary to install. The first thing you will notice once you get it out of the box is the big baggy of nuts, bolts, screws, and washers. You are only going to use like 7 of these. The only reason why there are so many is because of the ungodly amount of CPU mounting mechanisms that exist. The next thing you will notice if you are like me, is that you committed the cardinal sin of owning an AMD motherboard. This makes it so you will have to install these little thumbscrew things that never seem to want to stay in their places. You will call over your sibling or roommate to come hold a light for you as you fiddle with these little demons. Only for them to ditch you after 10 minutes because its taking to long and its also 2 AM. And the radiator. Ohhhh the radiator. It’s huge, so it gets in the way of the optical drive’s you have installed. Hopefully you don’t actually have any drives installed cause you ain’t fitting this hunk of metal if anything is in its way. Not only that, but if you are like me and screwed in the radiator BEFORE the fans, you will spends hours putting the fans in at awkward angles just so you don’t have to spend 10 minutes unscrewing the radiator from the case. Oh and the large amount of cables makes cable management a nightmare. This thing has two fan cables, two RBG hub cables, a SATA power cable, and a USB 2 cable. And since the whole thing is centered over the cpu, you pretty much have to route it over the top of the motherboard. Overall, it decreased my average CPU temp under load by about 26 C and it has neat RBG lights so 10/10 for me

Defective. It didn’t work whatsoever, couldn’t return it because it was out of return service.

The RGB lights of the cooling head are not working.

For those who previously were scared away from watercooling, look no further! This Corsair unit is tremendously easy to install, and doesn't require complicated mounting procedures. If you can install a case fan and a conventional CPU heatsink, you'll have no trouble! The Corsair iCUE software can customize the RGB LEDs on the device both fans and CPU block to fit any case aesthetic, even simply turning the lights off if RGB isn't your thing. My AMD Ryzen 7 3700X CPU never breaches 50C during gameplay, whereas before it was very common to see it reach 84C which it only stops due to thermal throttling. Can't recommend the device enough, set and forget is the theme here and I couldn't be happier.
