Why didnt Corsair just omit the pump header and keep the compact size board? And it's the same price if not cheaper. To make things worse, you pretty much have no choice if you want a clean install with a chance at cable management. Can't recommend, but it's not like you have a choice.

You can also go with our new iCue Link ecosystem if you want a cleaner install with much better cable management. Sorry to hear this wasn't what you were expecting out of the Commander Core XT.

It has a magnet that allows more flexibility in mounting. iCUE recognizes immediately. I do wish the controller had more ports as these bigger cases have 10 fans and this has 6.

Has worked out great and has no issues. Comes with a nice little mounting adhesive strip to hide it away in the back of your case.

All can be controlled via the Corsair I-Cue site to adjust color schemes and fan speeds to whatever you like or leave it at the pre set functions.

CORSAIR SP fans will work for RGB but not FAN SPEED. ICuE software isnt the best but easy to sync colors.
