Getting it to work without crashing your computer on the other hand is another story. I would not recommend using these You will be frustrated trying to get them to work unless you use a third party program that overrides Corssair which is what I ended up having to do.

Do not buy if you are running anything other than corsair branded fans. There is no connectivity for "standard" ARGB headers at all. Aside from that... I also dislike that this fan controller cannot managed by PWM on the motherboard. I can understand if someone wants to use the proprietary iCue software to manage thermals, but that said, at the price, PWM control should be an option.

If you have never done RGB builds and arw going to do one with corsair products, save yoyrself some time and grab one.
