I also was very impressed with the daisy chained USB, allowing me to keep a USB header free for other uses. I was very disappointed when it came time to install this controller as the RGB control ports are proprietary Corsair connections, and NOT a generic 3 pin. Thankfully I was able to return this without issue and the hunt for a replacement controller continues...

Then plugged this one in and the rgb pin of the 6th fan isnt working. So i plugged the extender in and used that for all of the fans intead

Overpriced Fan Splitter

The fan RPM control sucks, gives you three settings. It doesnt eben seem like the device vontrols the fan rpm. the lighting effects seem okay though I dont play with those so idk.

You'll get some presets for fan speed control in iCUE, but you can also set a custom fan curve as well. In iCUE, you'll want to press the "+" and it'll let you configure a curve to your preference. If you'd like assistance in setting up the fan curves, please feel free to contact our support team: support.corsair.com

I have called customer service over 10 times trying to recieve my refund and ive either been hung up on or told i will recieve a email with confirmation of my refund for lost good and 3 weeks later still nothing. Customer service is a joke and have been either lying to me or pushing me along to get me off the phone. Im usually not a review person but pretty much avoiding my $300 refund is very poor service and stealing.

Tried everything from instaling icue 3 and then icue 4. Neither worked so no speed control for my fans but they turn on
