I generally love Corsair products, but unfortunately the H100i Elite Capellix cooler was DOA. I've since learned that my experience, though not super common, is hardly isolated. Although not difficult to install, I really dreaded having to take the AIO out after such careful "cable management" and then having to verify that I had all the right screws and brackets in the box before returning it since it came with so many parts. I plugged the pump into a different connector just in case that was the problem, but no, it was the pump. I ended up installing the stock fan and now the computer runs great. I felt bad that my son lost some of the coolness factor, at least until I get around to finding a suitable replacement. Go with Corsair for other components and accessories, but avoid this one.

Better to get the Pro version. The cooler fans are weak!

Product was good but decided to go with the previous Corsair cooler aio.

Didnt come with the am4 included brackets it said it was suppose to come with!!!

Goes out after 3 weeks Pump failures Second one in 3 months

Good on paper but after a while the pump makes a high pinch noise

MINE DIDNT EVEN COME WITH AMD MOUNTING BRACKETS i’ve spent so much time trying to it figure out what was wrong!!! the box with sealed so i doubt it was best buys fault i really think corsair should get better quality control!!!

Defective out of the box, radiator was bent, off by 1/8th of square, cant mount the fans or mount it to the case because of it being bent nothing lines up.....

Came with a faulty commander core that couldn’t change the looks and rgb of my Corsair fans had to sell it on EBAY.

Missing brackets for my socket would not buy again

garbage lasted about 10 mins then turned off. would not recommend this cooler

Better than expected. Was a pain to set up with iCue but overall satisfied.

Absolutely amazing cooler. My 5800x doesn't go above 65 at any amount of load. I have never left a review in BB before but I felt I absolutely needed to let people know this thing is amazing. Plus, it's so quiet even under load. One thing I'd suggest is replace the already applied thermal paste with something else. I used the Kryonaut Grizzly.

Corsair Customer Service is top notch. My bad, I overtightened a thumb screw and broke the standoff. Called Corsair and they took care of it quick and fast - no charge. I'll keep buying Corsair. Mike in Customer Service knew his stuff too.

My old AiO had pump failure, so I got this as a replacement. I like it a lot more than my old one and the iCue software is nice.

Item works as intended! Was an easy installation.would recommend to anyone wanting to cool their cpu better.

I would give this product a great rating if it came with all of the parts that it shows in the photos on the Best Buy website. It shows that this comes with the old style AM 4 connectors with just two connection loops. It does not. I've checked 2 black versions and one white version and it does not have that connection. It also does not show that connector on the box. I'm guessing they switched the components that or sent with this product but the photos were never updated to reflect this. I've also reached out to Corsair support who did not get back to me. So maybe this is a great product but I'll never know and I am returning this for the NZXT.
