Junk stay far away do not buy. It sucks as I cannot return it to the store since my return period is over. Worst aio I’ve ever owned. Pump rgb lighting stopped working and now the Fans are running 100 percent.. avoid at all costs

Defective But Easy Exchange

Uneven radiator

The radiator is bent so I can’t fully screw it into my system. I measured it and it seems that the top where the tubes enter at the top, is uneven to the body of the radiator. Kinda bs that I bought it “brand new” but it came used. The screws fit and everything, it’s just that the radiator is uneven… upsetting

External RGB fan plugged in doesn’t light up

The ones that came with the radiator work fine though. Just no RGG on the external Corsair fan I plugged into the hub

Avoid like the plague, Best Buy wants your money

Now Best Buy bundles this with the x570 ASUS TUF Gaming plus. If you got to ASUS this is not a recommended liquid cooler from TUF Gaming. Best Buy just wants your money. Now, being an advanced builder, this cooler can be used with the 3 pin connector on this MB. If you aren't an advanced builder you could easily destroy what you are trying to make.

Terrible design

Owned other corsair AIOs, assumed this could be used without the leds. While you don’t have to plug the leds in you are forced to use the controller instead of plugging into the pump and the pump into the motherboard header. Pump did have a single wire connection to the motherboard but my gigabyte z490 did not detect a fan. You have to use the icue software to see fan speeds and to control the leds on the pump (there was no ‘off’ for those leds). It was a wiring mess, the controller connected to sata power, two separate cables from the pump, and two from each fan. For the price of this I expected so much more. I wish corsair still made a non led 240 AIO, returned and ordered an EK.

Came Broken

Recently got all my parts and tried to build my pc. The aio never worked and caused my cpu to over heat (which I bought months ago from Best Buy). Because I bought them months ago it was too late to return even if I just opened it recently.

Very disappointed

Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was very excited to enter the world of water cooling but was left $400 out of pocket when this cooler failed on the first day of operation and burnt out a brand new i7 CPU - I was stress testing the CPU and had a temperature alert on screen. Before I could turn of the computer it crashed and would not restart. Hopefully intel will replace it under warranty but nobody at Best Buy offered anything other than a refund.

Not good

Faulty out of box

Tried doing what people on many forums said to do, still wasn't able to get passed where I was. Couldn't even keep the PC on long enough before overheating and shutting down for me to do anything. I've read many other people experienced this as well with this product, some say it took 2-4 different units to get a good one

You can check by seeing if the thermal paste was making proper contact with your CPU. Were you getting any movement from the pump and fans? Best Buy’s customer service is the worst.

Get a different model if you choose Corsair.

Put back the cooler master AIO I had and back up and running. Bracket for AMD is questionable. I usually buy Corsair products but this one is a fail.

Disappointing
