Great AIO out of the box. Didn’t work well with the LCD screen from Corsair. Less of an issue with the product and more of a problem with those at Corsair signing off on it.

This is a beautiful cooler. The lights are so true and bright and Ofcourse sync with all your Corsair icue software. My Corsair case came with a node but the node that comes with this cooler is way better. Glad I got it to match my set up.

Looks good but having a slight flickering issue which I didn't know was a common issue with these fans. Seems easy to fix and it doesn't happen often.

Half of the RGB LEDs do not work out of the box. I have contacted Corsair support about this and they identified the issue as a defective AIO controller/fan hub. They wanted me to ship the product back to them before they would ship a replacement. They estimated this process would take about two weeks. I can't have my computer down for 2 weeks without a cooler, so I'm going to return it to Best Buy and buy a different brand cooler. It does appear to run the pump as expected and the RGB works on the CPU cooler, but the fans are each only about half-lit. In the included images, only one fan is connected to the controller in each image as I was testing per Corsair's requested troubleshooting process.

This is an excellent All-In-One water cooler that punches above its 240mm size! (Just a few small nitpicks at the end.) I had initially chosen a different cooler from a different retailer, but when that one arrived in the mail with its coolant leaking all over the packaging(!), I had to make an emergency maneuver to the best place to buy. Thanks, Best Buy, for actually stocking stuff like this in-store! I've paired the H100i Elite Capellix to an Intel core i7-10700K, on an Asus ROG STRIX Z490-G motherboard, top mounted (push-exhaust) in a Corsair 4000D Airflow case. Installation was very simple and not at all intimidating -- if you've ever installed a traditional heatsink & fan to a processor and mounted a case fan, then you've pretty much done this before! I had no issues at all with the screws/screw holes, which seem to be a point of contention with this product. No stripping, no color chipping off. In fact, I had to remove and remount the radiator three times due to cable routing needs! Performance is excellent. The fans & pump are very quiet under normal use, and nearly inaudible at idle. At full tilt, it's a pleasant hum of air. Temperatures on a non-overclocked i7-10700K are often in the low-30s with regular usage, and only getting into the low-50s under load. It inspires a lot of confidence when it comes to overclocking, which I will surely do eventually (since history tends to repeat itself.) I run into diminishing returns of cooling at about 55% fan power, which is nice to see (and hear!) Plenty of overhead for overclocking here, and I still have empty fan spots in my case if need be. Included with the cooler is the "Commander Core," a 6 fan & 6 LED hub. This greatly expands your fan & lighting options in a convenient hub, which comes with 3M strips if you'd like to mount it someplace inside your case. This connects directly to the heatsink, which is then connected to SATA for power. Feel free to use the remaining 4 fan & LED ports for whatever you'd like. (More on this at the end.) Downloadable iCUE software allows you to change the color & behavior of the included LED lighting, and allows you to sync up with any applicable lighting already present in your build. I'm really new to this part, so your results may vary, but I had no issues just blindly clicking through the iCUE GUI to get my lighting setup to a pleasant state. The packaging includes a ton of hardware for both Intel & AMD applications, but you'll still want a screwdriver on hand to install the radiator to your case, and to torque the heatsink down onto the bracket. The mounting hardware for the processor socket is solid and turns to a nice lock, so there's no guessing about how tight or loose it is. All in all, I'm very happy with this cooler. Quiet, cold, configurable, a touch pricey, but a solid product. Finally, some random notes and nitpicks as to why I almost docked a star: The instruction manual is missing some important details, such as how to properly adjust & install the rear mounting bracket. I don't believe it even mentions that the bracket is adjustable! This small detail is on some incredibly fine print on the underside of the bracket. The packaging & included documentation is out of date, not listing compatibility with Intel socket LGA1200. Corsair's online documentation has been updated to reflect compatibility. I hesitated before purchasing this, but upon discovering that any socket LGA115- cooler is compatible with LGA1200, I went ahead with the purchase. Old stock, perhaps. The heatsink is a very nice & smooth milled copper, and the pre-applied thermal compound was done well. Regardless, cleaning the compound off and applying your own is easily done. Old standby Arctic Silver 5 is working great with this product. Finally, a note about the fan hub - the manual recommends plugging the water pump (3-pin cable from heatsink) into your motherboard's CPU_FAN header, and the two included fans into the Commander Core hub. I decided to instead follow my motherboard's recommendation; water pump into W_PUMP+ header, and the two fans into CPU_FAN and CPU_OPT. I did this primarily to guarantee the water pump receives a full 12V at all times, but also to pass along full control of all fans (and the pump) straight to the motherboard instead of the hub. This all works perfectly well, and all fans are operating properly based on load. If your motherboard does not have the W_PUMP+ and/or CPU_OPT headers, then the default configuration is a must.

      Hi Sergiosaalzrfreire,

So sorry to hear that one of the fan's lights didn't turn on properly, were you able to try switching the connection of the fan to a different port to see if the issue is with the fan or the port? If you're able to determine which one is causing the issue or if you'd like further help, please reach out to our support team so we can assist you directly: support.corsair.com
