Customers are saying
Customers consistently note the iCUE H150i ELITE CAPELLIX CPU Cooler's excellent cooling performance and attractive RGB lighting. Many appreciate its straightforward installation and quiet operation, while some find the price point high and the size of the radiator substantial. A few users expressed concerns about the included fans and the cooler's software. Overall, the positive feedback on cooling and ease of use outweighs the negative comments regarding cost and some minor component issues.

Pump failure
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Pump failure a little over a month after purchase with light use. Returns/warrants process is very inconvenient. PC will be down over a week with advanced return option. Recommend going with another cooler.

Eh, not great.
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The mounting hardware was very wonky and did not seat well into the pump block. I ended up returning this product due to the poor temperatures associated with a poor mount as well as a very loud pump. Wish they had just stuck with asetek pumps, but this is a coolit pump.

Flashing Red, Water Pump Error
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It is flashing red, giving me a water pump error. Temps are fine, no cooling problems, but still flashs red. The internet is showing that this is a common issue.

Better alternatives out there
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The pump on these Cappelix units can't be set lower than 2300 RPM, mine was loud and had an annoying buzzing sound. The fan control unit can only control one type of fans (WPM or DC) and only takes proprietary rgb connections, so it's difficult to add your own fans to it.

Pump noise is atrocious
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Thoroughly disappointed. Design seems nice, and fans seem to be a major upgrade from the previous ones. But the pump noise is problematic. Much louder than my previous corsair AIO. Pump noise is an audible hum which happens to be louder than my pc fans. I can understand my fans being audible but not the pump, not when it's set to silent. Looked it up and apparently it's a normal occurrence. A decent amount of videos on it with the same audible hum. Not going to bother rma'ing it since it's not indicative of pump failure, just poor design.

I love corsair but this product was defective
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Good product but the pump died on the second day after installing. Installed another one I just picked up and it worked fine so I know my new PC wasn't the issue.

Great product but depends on your luck
||Posted . Owned for 9 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have seen many builds with this product installed but I was not lucky to get a great piece for my build. The fans had a rattling sound and the pump was too loud. Saying that the product is great if you get a good one.

Corsair
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought 2 of these. First one was dysfunctional. Happens often with this cpu cooler. I returned it and got another one and that one worked fine. If it only blinks red lights return it.

Not happy
||Posted . Owned for 3 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.- Failed after 3 months of usage and now getting shutdowns because the CPU is overheating. Pretty sure the controller failed because it doesn't show up in iCue and the RGB lights no longer turn on. - Requires a controller that runs the pump. The only way to power/control the pump is with that box and their bloated software. - The controller only handles 4 pin fans that adjust their speed via PWM. 3 pin fans will run at full speed.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Fans on this radiator are "meh",... bought some Noctua NF-A12x25 which are hands down far superior. Also some of the fins came damage from the manufacturer

Whine sound at pump
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This has been a waste of my time. It is a lot of work to install and remover etc. Keeps things cool but has a discernable whine. Ran at extreme as Corsair suggests. Will try tilting machine 45 degrees as suggested. Returned one already as I thought it was a one off but this is just not acceptable.

Hose length too short
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought this for my new build in a Phanteks P400a case and when mounting it hoses down (as it should be) in the front of the case the hoses are way too short. They will barely allow the pump block to reach to reach the processor on my Z490 motherboard and would not allow the GPU to be mounted at all because the outstretched hoses were in the way. I wish the hoses were 3 to 4 inches longer and it might have worked great.

Posted .Hello Bobby,
This cooler is a closed loop cooler. In our testing, we’ve seen minimal difference in performance in regards to radiator orientation. The ideal situation is to have the end tank of the radiator (opposite from the tubes) above the CPU block/cold plate unit, however the unit will perform well and should last its full warranty period in most orientations.
If you have anything else we can help with, please reach out: support.corsair.com

Bad parts Brought down temp barley
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Didnt do much for my PC, Came damaged but now i cant return it because my gf threw the box away. It brought my temps down may 5-8 degrees from a 140 mm. The colors dont work because of the broken RGB hub or fans? Im not sure. I do know its wired correctly. A piece snapped off one of the connecters which was already hanging by a thread when i got it and causes for a bad connection.
