Customers are saying
Customers consistently note the iCUE H150i ELITE CAPELLIX CPU Cooler's excellent cooling performance and attractive RGB lighting. Many appreciate its straightforward installation and quiet operation, while some find the price point high and the size of the radiator substantial. A few users expressed concerns about the included fans and the cooler's software. Overall, the positive feedback on cooling and ease of use outweighs the negative comments regarding cost and some minor component issues.

BEWARE AMD RYZEN USERS
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. If you are like me and incrementally upgrade your PC parts one or a few pieces at a time keep all your hardware. I originally built this PC in early 2016 and upgraded my CPU cooler to a cheap amazon one, que to me throwing out all the original cooling supplies because as I wiuld expect from any company, the cheap amazon cooler included all hardware for install. This cooler does not, it works on the base that the original cooler comes with and doesnt include and sort of different baseplate to allow install. They mention this information no where. I scoured their website and the product box, its only mentioned in the installation guide once you open the box. Terrible move corsair, its not difficult to either include a backplate or at least mention that it requires original cooling parts

Posted .Hi IanMackey,
Our apologies, this cooler doesn't require parts from another cooler, but the original parts from your motherboard that are pre-installed from factory. If you have removed them previously and no longer have them, we recommend contacting your motherboard manufacturer for replacements.

Posted .Hi,
Thank you for your feedback. You can adjust the cooler's fan and pump settings in iCUE - whether you want it to run quieter or ramp up for maintaining optimal temperatures while overclocking. You can also set your own custom curves which adjusts RPM based on temperatures. If you have any questions, we'd be happy to help: support.corsair.com

||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Nice cooler but icu commander arrived damaged two off the 6 fan conectors don't work at all! What a waste of time installing the whole thing it is hard to manage the amount of cables if you have the 6 fans dosent make sense to return and waist even more time with this thing

A 360 waste
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It's got a whole lot of bling going for it, other than that it's mediocre performance, under medium load on a 6 core processor. Have two different 120's that do a better job. Don't get tempted if it's on sale, buy something better. Hoses are much too short to mount properly as well.

Sorry to hear that the fans don't line, they should be a square and the screw holes should be in line for it. Could you contact our support and provide us with photos of the misalignment in case it's the screwholes in the radiator? Support.corsair.com

Pump was DoA!
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Pump was DoA! I had everything plungged in routed, and installed in case, cablement was spot on. Turned it on and the pump didnt light up. Fans did. The pump was plugged into the cpu fan head like its supposed to be. Plugged into the corsair commander (included) and the commander was plugged into a usb port and sata power. I know the commander was working because it was controlling the fans. What a disappoint. I gotta rip it all out and take it back.

LGA 1700 standoffs Not Included-sold seperately.
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bestbuy said it comes with LGA 1700 standoffs, but did not. Contacted Corsair, who advised me on the forums that I can buy the LGA standoffs from their website for $8. So nearly $200 for the AIO and they dont include all the standoffs. The AIO looks to be made of solid material, but I cant use it until I get standoffs. Cant recommend, having to buy your own standoffs is not cool.

Not the best.
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Came with a defected fan. Would turn on but no color. Also seems that when using the aio pump it causes the system to crash but with it unplugged the system works fine.

Too loud
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. While it works for its intended purpose, it is so loud that it is distracting. Can’t focus when on the computer for hours doing remote school. I would have returned except we are at day 19 of ownership and Best Buy will not accept. This return period should have been longer to really get a feel for this equipment. This was not a cheap product. Return period is way too short. And this product is way too loud.

Cheap wiring and loose wires at conntions
||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Pump making a buzzing sound. Wiring very weak at connections. Just touch wire in certain spots cause pump to shut off and on. Item is out of return date, which suck because I was waiting on DDR5 and had put my trust in Corsair that product would be quality out the box without testing. WRONG

Corsair sets you up for failure out of the box
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It seems like a quality product, but I can't install it without LGA 1700 standoffs. LGA1700 has been out for months now, and Corsair still doesn't include the correct standoffs in the box. You can of course order them at cost, but Corsair can't even tell you when those will ship.

Posted .Hello duel 007,
Our apologies for the inconvenience, the bracket on this cooler will adjust for the new socket positions however it will require new standoffs to adjust for the new stack height. Corsair is offering these LGA1700 Retrofit on our site for $2.99 with free shipping.

Shop Around
||Posted . Owned for 3 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This unit looks great. It is a little noisy but within reason. The poor review is for the software. The first update made the pump lights quite working. It requires a firmware update for the capellix lights. The problem is it will not update. Looks great, when it works. Who ever writes their software should be replaced.

Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. On a start up everything is fine RGB does it's rainbow cycle and then it gets interrupted by flashing red light and high fan speeds. I've tripled Checked the wiring and plugged into the CPU fan spot on my Mother Board (tried AIO Pump as well) and no sign of pump life in ICUE or bios.

DO NOT BUY THIS
||Posted . Owned for 4 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I would not recommend this product to anybody. The first one I purchased caught on fire, and after returning the product the 2nd one fried my motherboard and popped my power supply, it also caught on fire, forcing me into an upgrade I wasn't prepared to make. 0/10 Do not buy this.
