Customers are saying
Customers consistently note the iCUE H150i ELITE CAPELLIX CPU Cooler's excellent cooling performance and attractive RGB lighting. Many appreciate its straightforward installation and quiet operation, while some find the price point high and the size of the radiator substantial. A few users expressed concerns about the included fans and the cooler's software. Overall, the positive feedback on cooling and ease of use outweighs the negative comments regarding cost and some minor component issues.

Great looks and performance
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Excellent performance and the pump head looks great. It keeps my 5800x running cool and the included ML fans are extremely quiet. I set a custom fan curve so the fans are silent at idle which does allow some pump whine to come through, but on a non-airflow focused case it would likely be much quieter (currently installed in a Meshify 2). If I could change one thing, it would be to not use the mobo standard AM4 mounts and have corsair include a 4 point bracket, but this is by no means a deal breaker.

Proprietary connectors failing, 3 months in
||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great cooler when it works. I've noticed that the cable that runs from the CPU block, a flat ribbon that they don't show in the images, can be faulty when plugging in the proprietary connector to the included hub. It said my pump had failed. Luckily, I live to fix these sort of things, so I began a search online and found that many people have this problem. Wiggling the large connector that inserts into the hub, you begin to hear bubbles and a distinct wizzing sound as the pump fires up. I've contacted Corsair on twitter about a solution going forward. Since the cable comes right out of the block, I really doubt I can just get a replacement cable... it's not looking good at this point. Things are getting so complicated, why was there a need to run pump power from the hub? Corsair also doesn't show the 1 thin wire with a 3 pin on it that you plug into the CPU fan to trick the system into thinking a CPU fan is installed. Why not make it an ACTUAL 3 pin, that supplies power to the pump at full speed in case the software fails? The world will never know! 3 stars, fans are great (cool magnets), cooler works phenomenally when things are right, but a failing cable at 3 months is a bit much from a large company like Corsair. Unfortunate given I upgraded from my H100i V2, which still works despite what most certainly has to be some decent cavitation. I might have to get it back out if this thing has to be shipped. TLDR; cable from block failing at hub which causes no power to pump, proprietary connectors, not using 3 pin power to pump, just 1 pin to trick motherboard.

Awesome, Reliable, High quality
||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. If you want a very high quality CPU cooler that does very well look no further. Install was very simple and easy. This isn't a complaint more of a heads up: make sure you have enough space for this cooler because the radiator is very large. I am extremely satisfied with this and plan on purchasing what ever model is out when the time comes.

Great Cooler and Colorfully easy to setup
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Very easy to install and very quite. I like the PWM fans that only run when needed. The RGB controller is easy to configure with the ICUE software and has a lot of lighting configurations as well as fixed color options. It has a lot of custom options that you can set up as well. The pre installed thermal waste was nice and the attachment for the AMD processor was extremely easy to install.

10900k 50c Gaming
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.IMO the best aio I have owned from corsair... 35c idle 10900k at 5.3, 50ish while gaming at 4k. I love how the new design doesn't say corsair on the pump. You won't be disappointed! The included hub allows for 3 addition fans with rgb to be installed for a total of 6!

Great CPU Cooler
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have always been a fan of Corsair, and I feel like this CPU Cooler is one of there top products. It is rather simple to use, though it does require many screws due to the many fans. It stays very quiet and never bothers me with noise. The RGB fans are also a nice touch. I personally like the LL fans more, though the fans that come with this are still very solid.

Cool as a cucumber
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Kind of large and hard to fit in my atx Corsair case. But it fit upright in the front but not ideal placement of an aio, however I plan on getting the bigger Corsair case that allows for top placement. Thermals dropped 8-10 degrees C. Was loud at first but then I plugged it into the water pump plug instead of cpu fan plug amd it ram so much quieter.

Simply perfect for gamers
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Started a new build and have an ATX board and am using a AMD Ryzen 7 3700x and the stock cooler just didnt cut it. Constantly had my CPU sitting at 145° F, even idling. When gaming it would get to 160°/170°. This has my CPU idling at 100°F and never gets above 145° unless im stress testing. This barely dit into my selected case but ive been building systems for a long time and made it fit. If youre in the market for a new CPU cooler this is perfect for any high end CPU build. Value seems decent but maybe a tad high, but understandable.

Excellent cooler, really great performance
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I would have given this 5 stars except for one little glitch in installation. The instructions say there is an arrow on the fan to show the airflow direction. The markings on the fan are really tiny and not clear. There's a "recycle" triangle symbol which points the opposite direction to the airflow. So I installed my fans upside-down. Then trying to flip them without taking the whole thing out of the case (my mistake) I nearly put a hole in the radiator with a screw. There is actually an arrow on the fan which shows the direction of *rotation*. Then you can look at the blades to see which way the air goes. The arrow is tiny and easily overlooked. It's much smaller than the triangular recycle symbol. It shouldn't be this hard. But once installed correctly, the performance is spectacular. CPU temperatures are 15-20 degrees C below the air cooler I had, which was not a bad one. You can crank up the CPU's allowed power limit to double or even higher. Clock speeds remain high under the heaviest loads. Frame rate on X Plane went from 68FPS to 74-80FPS with two monitors, one at 4K. My processor is not overclockable but it does allow changing the power limits to unlock the performance provided by this cooler. Other than the fan direction issue, installation is easy (if you have the space in your PC case) and it does look good when finished. The pre-applied thermal paste was perfect for my Intel i7 Comet Lake processor. The control box was easy to plug in for power and USB and it's easy to hide around the back of the case, out of view of the windows. I downloaded the software which controls the LED colors. (It doesn't seem to be compatible with the RGB fans already in my PC.) I left the colors alone but use the software to view the coolant temperature and the fan+pump RPM.

Awesome Cooler
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Top notch. Looks great, runs better! The iCue software seems unintuitive at first, and there is no documentation available from Corsair. However, I bought this over other options because I wanted RGB and I have other products that use iCue. I have the 360mm cooling an I9 7940x and the system runs in the low 80s well with a mild overclock.

annoying buzz/hum
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Has a pretty noticeable buzz/hum sound. can be annoying when there isn't any noise around. Reading other reviews and questions about it, I guess it's how it's designed. its keeping my CPU cooled so I guess it works fine, for now. Comes with its own rgb/fan header for up to 6 fans and rgb, but only way to control is with their software which it doesnt look like you can control the fan curve, to my knowledge. overall i like it.

Great cooler, not great software.
||Posted . Owned for 1.5 years when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Put this atop my ryzen 9 5950x and things are chill. Keeps the temps at about 85F at idle. At full tilt it' never gets above 110F The unit is great. The software... not so much.

Functional & Great Looking
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is my second one. The pump failed on my first one shortly after getting my new PC build up and running. Since getting my second one, it works great. My CPU temps remain cool. The included fans look & sound great. The only things keeping me from rating it with five stars is that my first one failed, iCue software is not user friendly & the commander fan controller feels light & fragile.
