There’s a terribly designed cable that goes from the pump to the commander core that has to be seated perfectly otherwise it will fry your commander core and render your pump useless. I had the cable pushed in all the way yet had a small electrical fire start which could have been bad. Do yourself a favor and get an NZXT or something that won’t burn your house down.

Poor Cooler

The first one was totally defective out of the box and the pump did not run. The second one I purchased, the pump works properly, however the LCD on the pump camp worked for the first 24 hours then I was greeted by the lcd having the red triangle issue. Currently working with Corsair to go through the advanced RMA process. Still a huge bummer considering I have used an abundance of corsair products before including other AIO's. This seems to be a widespread issue with their new LCD Display products and they need to offer a recall or some type of firmware update to fix this issue. Very Unhappy.

Not worth the trouble

People seem to have quite a few issues with the LCD not wanting to do what you want it to. Not worth the trouble if you can even get it to work properly. Other than that great AIO it functioned in terms of cooling I suppose. Known issues needs addressed.

Worst Cooler ever

It is constantly frozen up or flashing because it needs a software update. Screen is only usable in one direction, no where in the installation instructions does it say that, and on Corsairs website is say something along the lines of "we're working on it"... just blowing smoke so people do not return the piece of garbage. Their software fights with any other lighting control software you have on your computer, even when you set it to not control your motherboard and or graphics card. Another problem with it is programs change the screen and lighting behavior, again, when you tell it not to. Really wish I went with a different brand over this trash. I have a much cheaper NXT in another computer that blows this overpriced rubbish out of the water ten fold.

Sorry to hear about your experience. RGB lighting control software tends to interfere with each other. Depending on which motherboard and GPU you have, iCUE supports certain models, so you won't require multiple RGB lighting software. Great cooler display is a bit extra
