Customers are saying
Customers are impressed with the K100 RGB keyboard's quality, RGB lighting, and key feel, frequently praising its smooth and responsive typing experience. Many appreciate the included wrist rest and the ease of customizing the lighting. While some find the software complex and the price high, the positive feedback on the keyboard's performance outweighs these concerns. The optical switches are also a frequently cited positive feature.

Nearly reaches perfection
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is by far the best keyboard I have used. I thought the K95 Platinum was amazing but this K100 is beyond that in every way. The changes Corsair made the the kb are awesome. The PBT keycaps for one, the texture makes them so much better. The multifunction wheel on the top left gives you the ability for on the fly changes and that is a great tool whether you are gaming or doing other work. I love the new wrist rest, it could use a bit more padding but it beats the previous plastic on the other Corsairs. I think the 4000 Hz polling rate is going to future proof the K100 for a long time. When the games catch up with this and the 8k polling on the newer mice just released, it's going to be a war of who has the fastest polling rates stacked onto the fastest monitors. Let the games begin! Some things I wish to be improved would be thicker padding on the wrist rest. Then make the feet longer to bring the keyboard up. I think the keyboard is too low for me, I like a bit more height. The improvements with the PBT keycaps are so nice but the stabs on the space bar were rattling after a couple days light use. If the others start sounding like that I'm going to be not very pleased. So I hope they hold up. Rattly, tingy cheap sounding presses are not going to be tolerated anymore Corsair. As they should not be ever. However it is an improvement over the previous models. BTW Kudos on the silver switches. They are wonderful.

The Best!
||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This keyboard is very expensive and was purchased as a gift for my son as he requested it. He said this is the best keyboard he's ever had and would recommend it to anyone. The only drawback is it is very expensive.

Current favorite keyboard
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Excellent key feel on the optical version, RGB is nice and smooth. Paired with the Nexus this keyboard is a pretty outstanding streaming keyboard. You can program the keys along the left edge like a Streamdeck so unless you need a lot of macros you could get away with this alone.

Great for gaming and for streaming!
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased this keyboard for my new PC - replacing an older Corsair keyboard. This keyboard has built in streaming functionality which was nice and the RGB worked seamlessly with iCUE. Overall, the buttons felt great and the quality - with metal frames and solid mechanical keys, shows through.

Expensive, but fantastic
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The wrist rest, while good, isn’t a soft or supple as the wrist rest on a Razer Ornata. Key travel is great, stable and confident strokes, very light key weight due to the OPX switches. If you like heavy keys, go with a brown or a blue cherry MX. the iCUE integration with the wheel is awesome, with functionality switching being a high point. Lighting customization is fantastic, with per-key RGB lighting that is more accurate than the K95 preceding it. The added lights on the side aren’t super visible if you have a darker colored desk, but they look great from the proper angle. The USB pass through works like a charm, with no discernible input latency if you choose to use it with a mouse. Macros are easily customizable through ICUE, with the only low point being that the G keys require a separate piece of software (stream deck, elgato) to customize. Overall, this is a keyboard for someone with an expensive taste, but it delivers for the price on every front.

Impressive
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I haven't even scratched the surface with using all the features and settings, but I'm already in love with this keyboard. I'll point out the only feature I'm not sure about first. The key press is VERY sensitive. If you have lazy hands/fingers, you will find yourself pressing keys repeatedly without realizing it. The scroll wheel can be configured to your taste and settings. The media keys are nice since so few keyboards have true media keys anymore. The volume scroller is nice and responds quickly rather than having to scroll repeatedly to increase/decrease volume. The keyboard is heavy with a metal top plate, nice non-skid pads and a magnetic wrist wrest that has a very nice feel to it. I have a feeling there is much more to brag about, but as I said, I've only scratched the surface of this thing's features. The price is up there, but since getting into gaming keyboards, I feel like you are getting a good feature set at this price point.

Expensive but quality
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Keyboard is fantastic . Lighting effects are great, plenty of customization options. Very responsive and relatively quiet keys . Quality materials as well including palm rest. Comes with several swapable keys for WASD for gaming to give fingertipe more grip if you want it.

Worth it
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. After over a month of use, I'm really enjoying this keyboard. It feels a lot better than my previous G910, along with being quieter as well. The dial wheel is a nice touch as well, being able to custom it fully, including macro profiles and the like, while being able to change it on the fly instead of through software. The iCue RGB software can a hassle to figure out at first, but it's my favorite RGG program to-date.

Better than Razer ANY day!
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. My grandson loves this keyboard. He was a Razer believer till he went through four Razer keyboards in as many years, last one being the Huntsman elite. Razer doesn’t hold Up even one year. The huntsman went caput after three months and RAZER would not honor the years warranty just because I couldn’t find the receipt to prove I bought the stupid thing even though I gave them EVERY THING else that they wanted. Even still had the original box and told them I bought it from Best Buy but they didn’t care. So my grandson who is twelve decided to switch to Corsair. He is very happy with this keyboard and loves all the extra features and lighting choices. Fingers crossed it will stand up to the avid Robloxian and speedy typist (140 wpm) that he is... not exaggerating one bit. He’s been a gamer since age six and has been through a few thousand dollars worth of Razer devices but no more!

Feels great, and faster.
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I had the K70 mk 2 rapid fire before this one w/ speed silver switches for 1.2mm actuation but now upgrading to this one which has 4000hz(0.25 ms), and a 1.0mm actuation I don't feel much of a difference since I came from the rapid fire, but I do feel as though this keyboard is faster then the rapid by a little but I recommend just sticking to the rapid fire mk 2 K70 if anyone was wondering about buying this if you're switching to this, or if you have the money and want that extra speed go for it. This keyboard is amazing, even though I've only been using it for the last three-four hours but that old disgusting keyboard is gone and this new standard one is amazing. Great job Corsair you did very well on this one. :)

Great keyboard, excellent RGB
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Excellent keyboard! Pricey, but if you like all the features, it’s worth it. Excellent build quality and I think this is some of the best RGB lighting I’ve seen on a keyboard. And the Corsair software just works and is easy to use.

Love this keyboard
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great keyboard. Keys feel amazing, RGB is pretty nice, yellows even look good compared to most. Now, the Corsair software, on the other hand, needs a lot of work still.

Good keyboard
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is a good keyboard it is huge and will cover a lot of space on your desk. High-quality construction but it is a $240 keyboard. iCue software is easy to use and allows you to customs the keyboard to your liking. The RPG is amazing, media keys are great, and the big wheel on the right is ok didn't do anything for me.
