Customers are saying

Customers are pleased with the K100 RGB keyboard's quality, customizable RGB lighting, and comfortable key feel, especially on the optical version. Many appreciate the included wrist rest and the keyboard's responsiveness during gaming. However, some find the software less than ideal and consider the price to be somewhat high. A few users also noted its larger size and sensitivity might not suit everyone.

Great responsive keyboard for gaming and typing

Amazing response and feel. Bought this to replace an old membrane keyboard. The OPX switches work very well. Nice response, and feel, but not too loud. It is being used for both work and gaming. Typing is MUCH improved over the old membrane style keyboard I was previously using. The keyboard came with some "textured feel" keys and key cap pulling tool. I replaced the WASD keys with the textured. It is now very easy to tell when my fingers are on the WASD keys while gaming. It took me some time to get used to the Corsair iCUE software. Lighting can be zones or each key can be individually backlit.

Great Keyboard. Functions wells and easy to use. If I were to have a complaint, maybe the typing is a little loud but not obnoxious.

    Best Keyboard Available To Date!

I switched from a Logitech G613 Wireless keyboard to briefly using a Razer Huntsman Elite, then to this keyboard. The Huntsman's clicky keys were entirely too loud for me; I didn't think it'd bother me since I wear headphones but I could still hear the clicks over headphone audio. The K100 is buttery smooth and perfectly quiet; the optical-mechanical switches have no click which I love. The keys also activate with the SLIGHTEST amount of pressure applied to the keys. This took some getting used to, as most people gently rest their fingers on the keyboard. This could inadvertently activate a key stroke. All in all, this is the best keyboard I've ever used!

giving it a 4 just because it took some time figuring out the macro's but would say its 1 of the better keyboards i have used... very responsive compared to the 95K also has better colors.

Overall an excellent keyboard, however the increased price over the K70 doesn't feel worth it if you aren't going to make a lot of use of the stream deck integration. Still, its a great, high-quality, we-made keyboard.

Corsair gets it right, for a price...

Corsair solves some of the major headaches their previous keyboards experienced (such as the k96). K100 brings a standard bottom row (allowing easy 3rd party keycap support) and has a far more tolerable don’t choice. RGB out the ears if you’re into that too. The new optical switches are satisfying and similar to Cherry Red’s in sound and feel, but super fast so some adjustment may be required. So why not 5 stars? It’s $200+. That’s insane for a keyboard. You’re deep into diminishing returns at this point.

This is the best keyboard I have ever owned. I upgraded from a K95 after it started having electrical problems and needed to be replaced so I was aware of the quality of the higher-end Corsair keyboards but this one is vastly superior in pretty much every way imaginable. My peripherals get much use daily so I felt this purchase was solid and justified. Anyone who does a ton of typing or is just in the market for an amazing keyboard - give this one a shot.

This keyboard is one of my favorite keyboards I've used. When I first got it I was very wary because it is very hard to type on. It's so fast and the OPX switches are super touchy. I've had this keyboard for almost a year now and I'm still struggling to type on it a little, but I'm getting better. I'm not sure if it's the key placements, the switches, how fast it is, or maybe a combination of things, but It really takes some getting used to. Other than that this thing is a beast. Very responsive, beautiful, and built like a tank. The features are great and very useful.

Love everything about this keyboard, did take some time to get used to how sensitive it is and not needing hard keypresses. The lighting is spectacular and works so well with ICUE. Just a pleasure to type on. The audible clicks from typing are different than other mechanical keyboards I've used, but I prefer it, though I didn't initially, it grew on me and now an older mechanical keyboard just doesn't sound right. The integrated wheel is very useful for productivity and streaming, it integrates well with my elgato stream deck and is also great for assigning scroll functions in things like painter and excel.

It’s expensive yes, but this keyboard feels premium from the build materials to the keycaps the wrist rest, and the colors really pop on the RGB, if you want a premium keyboard even though it’s wired it’s absolutely worth it
