Customers are saying
Customers are pleased with the K100 RGB keyboard's quality, customizable RGB lighting, and comfortable key feel, especially on the optical version. Many appreciate the included wrist rest and the keyboard's responsiveness during gaming. However, some find the software less than ideal and consider the price to be somewhat high. A few users also noted its larger size and sensitivity might not suit everyone.

Great keyboard

Awesome
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. When I planned on buying it I was expecting it just to be a keyboard but even after using it for less then a day I already got super used to it, I could immediately tell the difference between this keyboard and a regular one. I also got the nightsword mouse and in fact I got so used to them that when ever I used a regular knm at work I was expecting my to feel the k 100 rgb and the nightsword mouse. I can't recommend the keyboard enough.

Optical Key Switches! Not quite what I had hoped.
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. So the functions, RGB, and software are top notch. For a mechanical keyboard it doesn't have that mechanical feel. It really does feel like the old jelly-comb keyboards more than a MX switch keyboard. It lacks the click of the red cherry switches. With that said I know many would LOVE this feel totally enjoy this. I personally should have opted to get the one with the cherry switches. Solid feeling keyboard that needs only a light touch on the keys. If that is what you like you will LOVE this. If you want a more tactile clicking feel then get the k100 with Cherry switches.

Awesome but Slightly Overpriced Keyboard
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Really good low-latency keyboard. The price is a little much but you get a good amount of extra features and can customize everything about the keyboard in Corsair's iCUE software. The switches are not tactile feeling at all which is one thing I don't really like but they feel closest to Cherry MX Reds to me. The key travel is VERY short and the distance at which the switch registers a key press is even shorter. So short, that I still to this day struggle with miss-inputs from resting my fingers on the key caps, especially the A key for some reason. Overall, it's a really good keyboard but like I said before, I think it's a little overpriced.

Fantastic keyboard but loose keys and premium pric
||Posted . Owned for 3 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I've owned two K95 Platinums and one regular K95, and this outperforms all of them. It's a great typing and gaming keyboard, and the optical-mechanical switches are quieter than my previous Cherry MX browns. I haven't really found much use for the wheel yet, and my only negative is that the WASD keys fall off once every month or so (I use the textured and contoured WASD keys), and of course the price.

Great board. Sensitive Keys. Burdensome Software
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The keyboard works great for my larger sized hands and is super responsive. However, I have been struggling with the oversensitive keys. I will barely graze them and they respond. This is good and band for gaming and sometimes causes frustration with normal typing. I built a new pc with Corsair Case and other hardware. The icue software by Corsair is a resource hog. This keyboard is part of the icue software ecosystem. All the flashy rgb lighting is cool, but not at the expense of slowing down my pc.

Perfect gift for a gamer husband
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. My husband already have a corsair keyboard, this is an upgrade and he loves it! He's very picky on everything and told me i did good, he even bragged it to his friends. It is very worth every penny.

Great keyboard with a few snags
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Very solid keyboard. Hand placement can be an issue as there are no "marker" keys so that you can feel when your hands are in the right position. I think this is part of the comment that some have made about it being hard to type on it. The touch is very good as you would expect with a keyboard that is this expensive. My biggest complaint is that there is little real documentation on how to set up the various software options. It does take more than a little trial and error.

A little pricy, but very nice.
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Didnt think I would spend this much on a keyboard but so far it is worth it. Everything seems to be very high quality. Keys aren't too noisy. My only nitpick would be that the keys take a little gettinf used to coming from standard membrane keyboards. They actuate very early and sometimes I accidentally don't press the key down all the way, think I didnt type and go back to repress the key, thus entering it twice. Very minor nitpick and im sure in time ill get used to it.

Like it
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I'm pretty happy about this purchase so far. I owned Corsair K70 red, low profile and Filco M2 brown. The press pressure is between low profile and Filco, which makes sense, but is perfect for me. For Filco: I need to think a lot while typing, too much press pressure distract me. For low profile: my hand usually stay on the keyboard while thinking but it's too easy to mistype something. Not sure it's a feature for this model or just my keyboard. RGB is awesome, which is a plus for me.
