Current Firmware causes crashes

I am experiencing this issue daily. There's a long list of people on Corsair support experiencing the same thing. They do not have a fix or an ETA. I cannot find an older firmware file to roll back to. Avoid this otherwise fantastic keyboard until they fix it.

Due to the issue, I ended up sending my entire Facebook all my passwords because thats what was saved. NOT UPDATE TO FIX THIS ISSUE

There is a serious flaw in this keyboard where it draws to much power off the USB ports and causes random system crashes. After hooking this up to my threadripper 3950x msi carbon board my computer would just power off randomly. Thought it might be the power supply. I was in the process of finishing a build on a 10900kf and as soon as I finished that build I hooked it all up and yup same issue with crashing. When I went back to my k95 I have not had any problems.

keeps PINGING..No bells all whistles.

The feet to raise this made typing even worse. This is NOT metal. It just looks good because of the RGB's. iCue is a pain. Keys are very clacky and loud. Initially I thought maybe I got a lemon...but purchased from another retailer too and same QC issues, PINGING, Wobbly GIMICK wheel. No bells and all whistles

Ruined by bad firmware

Then it started to randomly record keystrokes and then type them back hours later. So a conversation from an email a day ago starts typing in facebook. Looking online, this is a known issue that was never fixed. Return for a different brand.

Corsair and Logitech have me covered for my wired and wireless needs. I did remove all keycaps immediately to G Skill's replacement. (They look stunning w/ Corsair's RGB) This Keyboard is AMAZING, the only downside is learning and getting used to the continuously updating & improving Corsair iCue Service. If you are already in the Corsair Eco-Sytem, this is a must have and if you are just now joining or thinking about this keyboard just know... it is in my top 2 keyboards at the moment (as one who works and games from home ... every single day - unless I am vacation). If this was a brand new car, it would not have come with a steering wheel. That bad. But see for yourself, as bestbuy was great and took it back for a full refund.
