My complaints come with the software, they wanted you to download updates. When downloading software they wanted to do a firmware update as well which kept stopping and shutting my keyboard down, I would have to unplug my keyboard so it would turn back on. The keyboard does not light up in the right upper corner and there are volume keys and video keys that are very hard to see because of the lack of lighting.

If the keyboard isn't lighting properly after a firmware update, it may not have properly applied. Can you try a forced firmware again in it's device settings? If you're still having issues after this, please feel free to reach out to our support team: support.corsair.com
