Remember its membrane, which means it doesn't make all those clicky sounds like the mechical keyboards do. Lights up very nice with a couple of preset color patterns and feels great to type on. Plenty of multimedia keys as well to control different settings.

Corsair K55 - GREAT KEYBOARD!

Currently using this one for the time being, hope to upgrade to the more premium K95. As mentioned though, this keyboard gets the job done. Would recommend to anyone looking for a great beginners keyboard.

Making macros on the keyboard is kinda tricky, so reddit and google will be your friend for that. For the price point, itld say it's a great entry to a gaming keyboard. Its mechanical, but if you dont like the clackity clack of the regular ones, you'll be happy to know it's a soft key mechanical, so it doesnt make too much noise.

Great RGB but Noisy

The RGB lights up the room and is easily controllable from the software. The feel of the keys is also nice. The function keys on the side of the keyboard are a nice touch, however I don't utilize them at this time. The major downside to this keyboard is how loud the keys are. I prefer a quiet keyboard, and this is completely opposite of that. If you're looking for a quiet keyboard, look for something else.

I will say though that the wrist resting thing is hard plastic and isn’t that uncomfortable but I was imagining a different material before I got it. The keyboard is good quality and even has survived him accidentally spilling something on it (not that much tho lol)
