Customers are saying

Customers appreciate the keyboard's quality, long battery life, and wireless convenience. Many find it easy to use and enjoy the compact size, although some miss the number pad and RGB lighting options. The response time is frequently praised, while a few users noted the weight and some minor issues with key feel. Overall, the positive feedback on functionality outweighs the negative comments on missing features.

Great little tenkeyless mechanical keyboard with cherry MX red switches. I don't personally use the wireless feature so I can't speak to how good that is. The font on the keycaps is a little ugly and the backlight is plain blue rather than RGB. I wouldn't pay full price for this, wait for it to go on sale.

Its everything I wanted. I went with the one without the number pad. It was a good decision as this is a very heavy KB. The battery life is not great. I toggle it off when I'm not using it. If I'm playing a game for hours its only good for a couple of days on a charge. Its good for 5 or 6 days if I'm not gaming.

    Unreliable

When it worked, it was fine. Wireless range was poor, suitable for desktop use, but not for sitting on the couch with the receiver more than a couple of feet away. The build quality feels very solid. No complaints about that or the keys. It always had some slight reliability issues, but I figured I had to expect some of that with a wireless device. After about 16-18 months it got extremely unreliable. For some reason, I thought the warranty had expired, so I just lived with it. I got worse, not better. It definitely cannot be counted on to play games you can't pause or any other activity where your keyboard can't stop working for a few minutes at a time. The wireless connection will just shut off. When this happens, I can reactivate it with the keyboard shortcut, get a few keystrokes in, and then it loses or turns off the connection again. The receiver dongle is about 2 feet away, and the problem only happens maybe 25% of the time I use it. The USB port (which I use for charging, no data) is flakey. It feels solidly attached to the keyboard, but is often finicky about whether or not it's going to draw current (green light). Sometimes the keyboard doesn't want to wake up, and it's not clear whether the battery has drained due this unreliable connection or if it's some other electrical or firmware issue. I'll have to play with it; turning it off, disconnecting and reconnecting the charging cable, etc. until it decides to start working. I'd love to throw it in the trash and swap in the wired version of the keyboard that I have...but the lapboard only fits the wireless version. Great job, Corsair.

I use it with the lapboard attachment, and I like the convenience of it! I wish all models had their own lapboard; that's what drew me to this one. However, the battery life isn't the best. If four and a half stars were an option, that'd be my rating.

every time I go to type I have to wait for the keyboard to turn back on because it turns off automatically after a few mins of not being used and I even looked in the software to try and change the setting and couldn't find an option for that. otherwise a good keyboard

This is the first wireless keyboard I've owned and I love it. I'm used to a full sized keyboard so it took me a while to get used to not having the number pad. I haven't lost signal or experienced any other issues so far. The keys feel great. The backlight is a bonus and I love the blue lighting.

This is my favorite keyboard for gaming. The blue color looks great and it is enjoyable to type on. The keys aren’t extremely loud which is a plus. It’s smaller than most gaming keyboards too which frees up some space if you don’t need the number pad.

This keyboard worked good. My problem was the charging jack in the back. This keyboard is rechargeable and the charging port came loose twice and as a result I could not charge it, I had to send it back to corsair both times. The third time it happened I contacted corsair and they replaced it with a wired keyboard with no extra charges (great customer service from corsair btw) I cannot recommend this model because of the port problem but I love my k68 mechanical wired corsair keyboard.

It’s a little pricey but the keys all feel really good and that’s the only important thing to me. Would be nice if there were more LED color options? Yeah. Do I need it to be wireless? Nah. But no regrets, it’s a really nice feeling keyboard.

I returned this pretty fast to get the k70 full sized keyboard. Didnt understand why I really needed a bluetooth half sized board when I am using a desk. Everything about it worked, just isnt as good as the better deal.

I have never understood the appeal of playing games on a tiny monitor. This keyboard allows me to play cpu games from the couch on my 65 inch tv. Definitely pair it with the corsair lapboard.

Bought for my son. He loves it. Hasn’t asked me for another keyboard yet so I’m assuming it works as expected. Something about the tactile satisfaction of the keys yadda yadda.
