    The keyboard can't hold a charge and is wobbly

    After 9 months of use, the keyboard no longer holds a charge. The red light (indicating that it needs to charge) is constantly lit unless its plugged into the USB charger. The feet on the keyboard are also off-balance and the keyboard wobbles. For it's price, it's awful and you should shop around.

    Used for about 30 days, never loved the feel of the keys. Switched out for a Logitech G915 and love it.

    Push and hold all keys down till it unlocks if u don’t get everything in the box take it back

    Does not stay charged long enough for my gaming time, but having the long cord does help when I have to plug it in

    Nice keyboard but the charging slot broke a week later have to hold the cable a certain way in order for the keyboard to charge, which sucks because the keyboard nearly takes an hour to fully charge.

    Ok, so the blue only I can live with, but it has serious firmware issues. First, it randomly stopped working with bluetooth. I have to use exclusivelly with dongle. Then, it would not charge! I had to search fir original firmware on a forum!

    Few things I don’t like about this keyboard No rgb Key caps feel cheap and loose Uses micro usb Build quality is 2/10 Got a way better keyboard for 20$ more

    Trash stop charging in under 6 month, should have got one with numbers on the side. Too expensive to work for less then a year.

    Bought on store employee advice. It didn't work with PS4 which was what it was bought for and since store wouldn't allow return ??? we had to give it away.

    Only had a little over a year and already having problems with it. A couple of keys stick and when you're playing a game, it is NOT helpful.

    when the charge starts getting low, then keyboard does not keep up with my typing. charge is short lived.

    Avoid this keyboard... and Corsair

    This was a pretty good keyboard up until a Corsair driver issue screwed everything up. Using the 2.4ghz dongle causes any controller (wireless, wired, PS4, XBONE, Steam, Or Switch) to intermittently disconnect. Corsair won’t admit that there is an issue and the customer service has been abysmal. If you care about controller based gaming or decent customer service stay far away from Corsair.

    same as title tried to reach out and they were no help at all and instead blamed my graphics card. When i contacted logitech about a similar issue they just sent me a new product. wont be shopping with corsair again. and on top of this bs i think its giving my Carpal Tunnel.

      I'm afraid just sending a new product out when an issue is related to another product wouldn't be wise on our part as you'd have the same problem with a replacement.     You have to plug the keyboard into a USB outlet for it to charge up, in order to use it. Too much hassle for me. I'd rather use batteries. I wouldn't reccomend using this keyboard.

    Keyboard won’t turn on after 2 weeks of use. Very disappointed. This keyboard is also extremely loud.

      It does have Cherry MX Red switches so they wouldn't be quite quiet. As far as the power issue, please try to do an exchange with Best Buy but do contact us if you're outside of that period with them: support.corsair.com

    All keys fell of without a week. Don’t buy it. $95 is what I paid and it didn’t last a week.
