    Compact, mechanical, and wireless

My keyboard tray under my desk is too small to fit a normal sized keyboard and a mouse pad, so once I found this, I knew i had to have it. Although it isnt the best for typing as there is no feedback or "click" when you press the keys (you should get Cherry MX Blue keys if you want that click), I learned to love the Cherry MX Red's after about a week and now I cant use anything else. As always, Corsair has produced a high quality product at a good price, This is actually the only compact, wireless, and mechanical keyboard from a reputable company on the market as far as i know.

I have been looking for a wireless, illuminated mechanical keyboard for years, and now I've finally found a good one. I couch surf and blog, and occasionally write. This is a heavy keyboard, easy to use on your lap. It's missing the keypad, but that frees up the directional arrow keys for easy use. It would not link with the Bluetooth immediately, but I just placed the keyboard closer to the computer and have had no problems connecting since. After continuous use for the last two weeks, I just recharged it. It comes with a pretty good suite of utilities, you can dial in the brightness and hue to your desire. It has some trippy effects that have no real use save for the ooh and awe factor, but it will record macros if you game, which I do not. I cannot see any lag, which is a huge plus.

This keyboard, even though all plastic is quality! and has some heft which surprised me in a good way!, the keys feel great and solid, the wireless, 2.4ghz with dongle or Bluetooth was what I expected from a keyboard this price. I use the dongle as it's no lag and pairs easily with never any dropouts. The battery has been decent so far with backlight turned off. the backlight can get real bright and is adjustable, only thing would have been nice is RGB. Overall, I like the quality of the keyboard, a bit on the expensive side but sometimes you gotta pay to play with nice things!

This is the best keyboard I've ever purchased. I bought it for my gamer husband even though he already had a Corsair gaming keyboard. This has the same mechanical key function and each key is spring loaded for the best possible timing while playing. This keyboard is great simply because it is wireless. It does not have the number pad on the side, but we find that it is so much more user friendly this way for gaming. We also purchased a wireless mouse as well and it makes gaming so much better. We needed to alleviate cords because we have kids and cats and the wireless keyboard is the perfect solution. It also can be programmed to do interesting back lighting in color with waves or scattered and is a nice effect. Our current setup is blue backlights that scatter across the keyboard. The sensitivity of this keyboard is fantastic and the best we have ever purchased by far.

So far, i'm loving this keyboard. I'm coming from the Romer-G switches that Logitech uses and agree with the consensus; Romer-G switches feel squishy compared to the Cherry-MX switches. I have both the 810 Orion and the G613 Wireless Mechanical keyboard; while I still use the G613 for word processing as well as general tasks, this K63 has replaced it for gaming and "couch browsing". In CSGO, I haven't had any problems whatsoever and find the switches to feel much smoother. One of the things that always bothered me about the Logitech Romer-G's is the shift button on both my wired and wireless keyboard were extra squishy and somewhat stiff. This keyboard has no problem with that. It has blue LED's which is fine. I would've preferred a white or red personally but it's better than nothing, unlike my G613, The rechargeable keyboard has a micro-usb port in the back for charging. The charge lasts a good amount so far as long as I plug it in before going to sleep. Haven't had it long enough to give specifics on how it holds up in constant gaming. Weight is a little heavier to be honest but I like the fact that I can remove the wrist rest. Again, my G613 has a huge wrist rest that is not removable. Only gripe is with the software; If I restart the computer, I have to reconnect the dongle but it's not too big a deal.

This is my current keyboard on my set up. Great performance. The blue lighting is a nice touch. Battery lasts about a week if left on with the lighting. Avoid software updates. Corsairs software is always buggy. mines lost the backlighting when I was trying to attempt the software update. Ended up exchanging it for a new one at the store and so far no issues.

This is a good high quality keyboard. It works great for gaming and normal typing as well. The battery life is really good, I charge it two to three times a week. The charge time from low to full is about 4 hours, but you can still use it while it's connected. The light function is really nice, you can chose from a bunch of different effects and brightness configurations using the iCue app. I personally like the size of the keyboard, since I barely used the keypad on my old one and could use the extra space on my table. It feels really sturdy and has a nice hefty weight to it, so no cheap flimsyness going on here. Overall good keyboard for the price. I recommend it to anyone looking for a mechanical keyboard at this price point and likes the color blue.

Works well for gaming from my couch. I jut set the keyboard in my laptop but Im sure the lapboard that can also be purchased for it, would be nice. Range seems good. I don't notice any input lag, unlike the previous bluetooth keyboard i was using. Battery seems to last several days of extended gaming, doesn't take long to charge back up. It feels solid and has some heft to it. I do wish it was RGB, but i understand that would probably heavily impact battery life. Other little nitpicks are, I wish it had Type-C rather than micro USB, and I wish there was somewhere to store the wireless dongle on/in it, the way Corsair's Dark Core wireless mouse can.

I also bought the lapboard that the keyboard connects into. I have my desktop pc hooked up to my home theater and do a great majority of my gaming, browsing and writing from my couch. I have used several other wireless keyboards and I do find the Cherry MX Red Switch keys to be more reactive and comfortable than the normal thin wireless keyboards which try to get the most out of a thin and light form factor. I have had the keyboard for about a month now, and I am getting about 15 hours of charge out of it, mostly with the blue led lights on low. I expect that the charge will fall off after a while, but that is quite decent.

I bought this keyboard as a compact solution to use for my laptop for couch TV gaming and it's not as compact as I imagined but it doesn't have a 10-key so its not too big. The keys feel great when typing on it and the build quality is great. It looks and feels like a premium keyboard. The keys are backlit with RGB lighting so you can change the colors if you want, but for me having backlit keys is a requirement. You can use it wireless or connected with the included USB cable. If you're not a 10-key user then this keyboard is great. I definitely recommend this keyboard.

I have to be honest. I actually bought this for my iPad Pro 10.5 because I am fed up with the small keyboards and the iPad is at the point where it can surprisingly replace my laptop (outside of hardcore Photoshop or hardcore gaming - but that's what my gaming desktop is for ha). Pros: -Versatile, works well with the iPad Pro. I am genuinely impressed with the key registration on each key press. Worked with impressive key registration on my gaming PC as well; no input lag so far -Lights up with various levels -Works with the hard keyboard case that Razer sells for $29.99 (only thing is you have to push down on one of the plastic corners). Surprisingly also fits the iPad Pro 10.5 with this keyboard in that case as long as you use a slim ipad cover like the smartcover, in addition to chargers and plug (although I would recommend it in a cushion case so it doesn't slide all over the place). -Can use it bluetooth connection OR the wireless dongle connection. -As expected, key press is solid. Would expect nothing less from Corsair when it comes to keyboards. Cons: -Wish the battery life could be longer, but hey, it would probably be heavier if it were. -Lights up but only 1 color (bluish color) -Keys don't seem to come off like the mechanical keyboards that Corsair normally sells. Just an FYI outside of topic, if you are a gamer looking to change up your gear, I would recommend the following: -Astro a50s for headset (Awesome sound and can use for consoles easily as well as PC, very versatile) -Logitech G502 or Logitech G903 for gaming mouse (Logitech wins in gaming mice easily) -Logitech Rechargeable Mousepad if you use Logitech G903, otherwise Razer and Corsair both have great RGB mousepads as well. -Corsair K70 Rapidfire keyboard (Corsair wins in keyboards easily)

I love this mechanical keyboard. The wireless feature works no problem. It also works while plugged in if you want to charge while playing. The ICUE software is great and if you’re looking for a gaming keyboard without a number pad this is the one. It also doesn’t seem small like some of the keyboards without a number pad are. The only thing is dislike is that the only RGB color on this keyboard is blue. You think they could’ve made it multicolor and just charged an extra $10 for it

The sound is amazing, kinda sucks not having a 10 key but unless your doing a ton of data entry I’m not sure why you would need it, I love how small it is, it’s super heavy and obviously build well, it’s kinda limited on the color scheme (maybe I just don’t know how to use the app to change the colors right) but it’s amazing, if your not use to a mechanical keyboard obviously that will take some getting use to but it is amazing.

I use this for work as well as gaming. I enjoy the keyboard very much. It is very nice for typing on. I like having a certain feel and click to the mechanical keyboard for comfort and confidence when typing. The only small issue I have with it is I miss having the number pad on the side more than I assumed I would. I grade many papers on Blackboard as a teacher and this is where it is most noticeable to me. Its' Bluetooth has a good range of connectivity. I use it downstairs from my desktop remotely on a TV frequently and have no issues.

Keyboard I use for a SteamLink setup. Solidly built, decent battery life, and it exhibits the quality you would expect from a Corsair mechanical gaming keyboard. After having used it for a while...I'm not sure it's worth the investment for the relatively casual PC use it's ended up in but if you are looking for a wireless tenkeyless board it is a good one! I personally have not had any connectivity issues though this could highly depend on how noisy your current wireless environment might be.

    Wireless Mechanical Keyboard Goodness

I own a quite a few mechanical keyboards - DasKeyboard, IBM Model M, Logitech G613, Corsair K70 Lux and a couple of others I can't recall right now. Of these, the K70 is my favorite with the Cherry MX Red. This keyboard is the K70 without wires! Feels like the K70 so that's a good thing. There are those who will complain about the short battery life but that's not been my experience. Does it last months as some are expecting? No, but it's easy enough to recharge. I can go at least a couple of weeks on moderate use (a couple of hours a day). I'm not a heavy gamer so I cannot speak to marathon gaming sessions and the endurance of the battery. A few gripes though that take a star away from the rating: 1. The keyboard does go to sleep and it take a few seconds for it to wake. I think the sleep time is adjustable. 2. Not sure if the built-in battery can be replaced once the battery starts to wear out. 3. The key cap fonts are a bit odd and will take some time to get used to
