(This could just be a problem with just my keyboard but I won't be buying another one just to find out.) I use this keyboard for gaming when I get the chance on the weekends and for about a month this keyboard was just a paperweight. constantly just becoming nonoperational wired or wireless. not sure if it's software or hardware related maybe both. I contacted corsair during the warranty period but the keyboard decided to start working and I was able to do an update. this did fix the becoming nonoperational but now a year and a half later the battery no longer holds a charge and it will no longer do updates. Awesome keyboard when it worked and I've had a good experience with corsair customer support guess i just of pushed for a warranty exchange when I had the chance.
