Corsair offered for me to send it out to get looked at but then I'd have no keyboard for that duration and no specific return time. Tons of other customers have experienced the same issue, Corsair said it might have been because an updated they released to the keyboard that caused the loss of functionality of the keyboard but after buying the keyboard for the wireless feature specifically, this keyboard is now partially useless for me
