Good reliable keyboard, doesn’t have any issues, and has good customizable features.

Very satisfying tactile feel to the keys without being too abnoxiously loud. I only wish it had a USB port.

This wasn’t worth the money for me personally as I bought it to fix an issue I was having with my other keyboard. It didn’t make a difference so I brought it back. It is a nice keyboard but didn’t suit my needs.

It was a decent keyboard with great reviews. I gave it a shot coming from Romer G switches as the Cherry Reds are highly regarded. I gave it a fair amount of time for adjustment but the keys and construction on the keyboard just didnt cut it for me.

First thing i would say is go to Corsair website and download the latest software for this thing (iCUE) prior to full use. Next, update the firmware on the keyboard from within iCUE. Once I did that, i noticed, for example, when windows locked, the lights on the keyboard were in a different pattern than they were when Windows was ready for use. I tried at least one game with it (others are downloading off steam as i write this) but so far i had no game support specifically for the lights on the keyboard, however i felt like I was moving through the game more smoother on this keyboard compared to my previous. This keyboard feels very much more comfortable on my fingers however because of that it will take me a while to get used to typing on this thing, it's usually a lot more effort (though i never realized it). By the way, don't be fooled by the "higher model number is better" thing, in this case, being an 'elite' member (at present) i feel like i need to do a brief educational message to some beginners in 'elite speak' or 1337 speak as some have termed it (it's probably obvious in today's day and age): K68 = KGB, a play on a Russian intelligence agency name, which i'm sure an average gamer can appreciate. If not obvious, it's because the 6 looks like a capital G and an 8 looks like a capital B. Otherwise, I would consider this a relatively high end keyboard as far as my purposes go.

I am not a gamer, but this is an exceptional keyboard. I do enjoy mechanical keyboards, and I have never minded if they were loud. That is a mechanical keyboard. If loud is not what you like, than stick with basic keyboards. However, this board, though mechanical, is not loud. You can still hear the keys when hit, but it is not loud per se. The board feels SOLID, keys are solid, and the lights cover every key evenly, and not in a blinding and overwhelming manner. The font on each key is also large, making it that much easier to read each one and allow a nice amount of lighting to come through on each key. The board is heavy and there is absolutely no bounce to the board. Media keys are convenient. I had a SteelSeries Apex 7 that cost around 150 bucks, and this board, the K68, is dramatically easier to deal with, feels more stable, I type more comfortably and faster, and the K68 is almost half the price. I can't imagine spending any more money.

I was disappointed with this keyboard. It had a membrane of some sort to protect from spills. That membrane made the Cherry MX Brown keys feel mushy. Worse yet, some keypresses would result in duplicate letters being output. I believe this could have been fixed for me by increasing the switch debounce time. But for all the configurable settings of this keyboard, debounce time was not accessible. So I ended up returning it.
