Some Key Input issues after 5 months
||Posted . Owned for 5 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this keyboard and I'll admit it takes some getting used to. It's very low profile and almost feels like using a laptop keyboard. It's quiet (which I like). The keys are so sensitive that it's easy to accidentally press neighboring keys when typing (or maybe I'm just clumsy). But it's nothing you can't get used to. It doesn't have that super "clicky" feeling when typing, which is fine with me. I'm not a keyboard snob (yet). I use the keyboard for work and gaming and after about 5 months of use (maybe 200 hours of gaming?) I noticed the "A" and "S" keys sometimes have to be pressed multiple times to register when gaming. Those are two very important keys in most games. I'm not sure if my keyboard is defective and it's worth noting the keys didn't stop working completely, but in the heat of gaming it's very inconvenient to have to press "A" four times to get the character to start moving that direction. I'm planning to contact Best Buy or Corsair for a replacement/fix, but just be warned I had some key issues with mine not even 6 months into owning it. That said if I can get it fixed I like the keyboard enough to try it again. The custom RGB settings are nice despite Corsair's ICUE software being a little cumbersome to use. The media buttons and volume wheel function well. I like this keyboard a lot, I'm just super disappointed that for whatever reason when I'm gaming, some of the most important keys only work when they want to.

Good Keyboard but the switch isn't for me
||Posted . Owned for 8 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.A solid Corsair gaming keyboard. What I personally don't really like are the speed silver key switches. They are really light and I think overly sensitive.

K70 is Pretty Good
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.A nice budget keyboard. If you're considering purchasing it, do it. Keys are easy to take off, however, the finish is easy to scratch on the keyboard itself. Be careful.

Decent mech
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Good keyboard but keys don't have a very strong recoil making it easy to fat-finger if you aren't a proficient typer. Beyond that its a great keyboard with very quick response for gaming.

Great looking - just don't expect to touch type
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This keyboard, for a touch/speed typist who is used to deliberate input resulting in a keystroke and nothing less resulting in a keystroke, doesn't do much to support the heaps of praise I see heaped on gaming and mechanical keyboards. Too many extra characters showing up and spaces being introduced for no other reason that I can fathom than that the side of a finger even brushed a neighboring key. That's an instant deal breaker for me both in coding/writing and gaming. The high action of the keys don't help either, coming as I do from a wireless Logitech with nice crisp mid-height action and feedback. The RGB lighting on this keyboard looks great - not going to lie. I really need a backlit keyboard, but since I have an RGB lit colored cable management sporting, water cooled RGB gaming rig coming with full LED control inside and out, I thought an RGB keyboard would be nice to synchronize. The software that comes with this keyboard works well and has quite enough features. Even has system monitors with just about every fan header and GPU metric included. The keyboard has a nice roller for volume in the top right. But just as with smartphones that do everything well but produce call quality, this keyboard falls short at being a functional keyboard for a professional level typist who uses touch or even looks at hands but types at very high speed with little use for circling back and retyping. Bought it last Thursday. First day using it is today, the following Monday. It'll be back at the store before close of business today.

Posted .Hi ShrykeAbysmal,
Thanks for the feedback! The Low Profile Cherry MX Speed switches are more sensitive and have a slightly less travel, so they do take more time to familiarize and adjust to the difference.
