The key is stuck to down position and he hasn’t even used it yet because we are waiting for Best Buy to ship the rest of the system. Try to get a new key board and no one answers the phone be experienced higher then normal call volumes and geek squad is not accepting new appointment at this time. Which I purchased just Incase something happened....So now What???? Have no idea if it is easy to use, So I am rating my recommendation on I received the keyboard broken and just try to get a new one will no answer

Sorry if I'm not understanding, but you didn't like the clacking of the mechanical keyboard nor the price for which we sell it? Please return it if these are things that will bother you as that's a given from a mechanical keyboard most of the time. We do have a K55 RGB which is not mechanical nor too costly so that may fit your needs better.

The keyboard its self is alright as long as its not randomly turning your volume up on you. It also gets confused and cant be found by the icue software so updates frequently fail. I have all Corsair equipment (H150 elite, nighsword with failing buttons, virtuoso headset, vengence pro) and will no long replace the trash with other corsair products until they comeout with something that lasts longer than a year and a half.

Great Keyboard but lacks in Documentation

The only issue I have is that the instructional videos are very generic. You can learn more watching customer videos. There is no online instruction manual that I could find. Other than that, it works great. Still customizing mine.
