I bought this to replace my razer ornata chroma keyboard because there was a big sale and I wanted to upgrade to a truly mechanical keyboard. Right out of the box I realized that the wrist wrest was a huge downgrade, a thin piece of plastic compared to the thick cushy one from the keyboard I already owned that came at half the price. Additionally, the keys did not feel very tactile. I found myself unsure of where my hands were on the keyboard as well as accidentally pressing keys (though admittedly I did not try it out before buying, perhaps my own fault).

its an awesome keyboard only one problem when you shut your computer down the keyboard still stays lit up . so you can either turn the keyboard lights off on the keyboard prior to turning your computer off , or turn your power supply off once the computer it off or unplug it from the usb port. I tried all the usb ports on my computer the board still lights up with computer off. also checked bios for a usb on all the time nothing so there you have it

Very nice keyboard. Great feel. Quiet. Responsive. The extra keys to swap out for gaming was a nice bonus!

Even while typing the review, the keys keep missing to register. If I click on the backspace key to delete a character will end up deleting the whole line. Some of the keys will not even register and if I retype, they do register. Kind of weird, if I delete the iCUE software, all this behavior gets arrested to an extent, but not completely gone. Definitely returning this piece of crap. Sad to say crap like so much engineer's effort has been spent on this product.

Really wanted to like this keyboard. The low-profile form factor is nice, though I wish it were TKL or smaller. The scratchy switches are inexcusable.

I am actually going to return this for a wireless keyboard. The keyboard itself is great but the wire is so thick and long and looks so bulky on my sons desk no matter how I fold it up.

When typing you don’t get the travel on the key like you do on regular Keyboard you really need to try it before buying it I return it and purchased the Corsair K70 with out the low profile keys

I wish the key travel on this keyboard was a bit better, the space bar is very wobbly still, and the RGB color temperature is very weak compared to the rest of Corsair’s line up

Keyboard works great. Comes with customizable keys and has many RGB options.

I think their are better products for the amount I paid. Using a docking station might be causing a bit of a lag with it, but definitely seen better products.

Quality keyboard but the low profile keys make it feel like a laptop keyboard. Pinky hurts after a few hours because keys are too low to rest my pinky on the shift key like usual.

Returned due to a better deal elsewhere on a better product. Sometimes I just want a gaming keyboard that doesn't look like a gaming keyboard.

Lights are great and cool to use. Exactly what I wanted.

I don't know what happened to my keys, but the underside where it slips onto the switch mechanism is not sturdy and several are broken (see attachment).

After 5 weeks of use, letter P now registers 3 times with every stroke. Pulling off and cleaning hasn't help.

I gave myself a week to get used to this keyboard but hated it almost every step of the way. The keys are very mushy to press, it takes a lot of force to bottom the keys out, and it’s very easy to press the key next to it while typing. The few upsides were the media keys, those were nice, and I felt the software was nice, but also a bit limited. I returned it. Had a very nice experience with customer service at least.

Was a decent keyboard. Returned due to key caps wearing out quickly.

I literally could not have my computer boot up with the keyboard plugged in. While it was plugged in, the keys were way too sensitive as me resting my hands on the keys led to them going down. Even tho both of those could have been my fault, which is why i gave 2 instead of 1 stars, just a bad overall experience. If you can get around these problems tho, good quality!

This is an very high quality mechanical keyboard with a very short actuation distance. The Corsair iCUE software gives you a ton of customization options to make your keyboard light up in an incredible number of ways. If it is on sale for a good amount, it is definitely worth it.

Hello, gamer here. I write this review from my Razer Ornata Chroma that I purchased in 2016. It still works, like the day I bought it. The keyboard that I am reviewing here, however, is in the dumpster next to my house, as having had this keyboard for a year and a half, the left shift key RANDOMLY decided to stop working one day. I decided to clean it up, as I hadn't in a while, and then the left shift key decided to completely stop working all together, along with the space key. Needless to say: I will NEVER buy a Corsair anything ever again in my life. If you're paying out for a keyboard or mouse, go with Razer, because as always, their stuff is actually reliable.
