Beautiful RGB lighting on this keyboard along with smooth and really quiet keys. Sensative and short travel keys make typing a dream. Love this keyborad and wish I had bought it months before now.

I bought two if these on sale a couple years ago. I use it for remote work and I game frequently. It’s a pleasure to type in this board. It will take some adjustment because the keys do not need much pressure to actuate but once youre used to it, you can fly on this thing. Definitely reccomend.

After 3 years of heavy use I can say this keyboard has held up really well. The switches still feel the same even with 3 hours of gaming at least daily. I’ve only deep cleaned this keyboard once since I’ve gotten it. For the most part I just brush all the dust out instead of doing a deep clean and it works fine. For $100 definitely worth every penny. Would buy again if Corsair figures out how to implement Hall effect switches like on the Wooting 60HE for better and overall responsive actuation of keys.

Love this keyboard. It's not the newest model, but it's fast, quiet and the lighting is great.

Keyboard works like a charm. The buttons press smoothly and replacing the keycaps is simple.

I previously owned the K70 MK 2 with brown switches. It was too loud, and disrupting my kids sleep in the next room. I gave that one to my Mom who needed a new backlit board and picked this up while it was on sale for $90. I like this one better. It's pretty quiet and only takes a tiny bit of force to register keystrokes. That said I do make more errors while typing on this, hope I get more used to it (i've only used it for a couple days). LOVE it for gaming. I enjoy using the iCue software to easily configure the lighting on this and my corsair mouse. Overall happy with the purchase.

keycaps degrade after a few years which is normal, the keyboard did its job for a few year that i owned it. would i rebuy it no. it just wasn't my style and i stood with it because i didn't felt like returning it.

Got it on sale for around $80-90 and it’s comparable to most $209 keyboards with the same functions. ICue is easy to use for your rgb and it has a split usb.

Love this Keyboard. This is identical to the older model I purchased years ago but with a lower profile. Highly recommend the k70 have used it for years and years!

Although this is a good product for the price that is applied; the software is awful. I've had to unplug and then plug the keyboard back into my motherboard which is super annoying. I wound up uninstalling all software and hard wired the fans to my motherboard so my pc doesn't suffocate since the RGB factor in their software doesn't ever work no matter how hard I tried to make it work. The software on any product associated with their drivers and overall use is just not good for anyone who has a mismatched system or custom builds. Their customer service page gave me a 404 error when I wanted chat with someone about the issue. This is a good keyboard, but the switches in the whole chassis have this wiry sound after every keystroke unless you have music on which is odd considering the switched on the keyboard are supposed to be quiet and comfortable while having the response time. Overall the product is good but I don't like the fact that it doesn't come to life when all I want to do is chill or even log into my computers home screen. I've had to uninstall and reinstall iCue software multiple times to no avail on it ever working for more than a minute. Its versatile when it comes to gaming, but don't type your school essays on this as you'll just grab another keyboard that doesn't have a tingy wiry sound after every keystroke. The keycaps are pretty decent in quality and the overall response of the switches are pretty good the tingy wiry sound that comes after every keystroke just bothers me. The keycaps also fly off the board at the single slightest flick. I've had the keyboard for about 3 years now; whilst this is a great keyboard the overall switches on the board are very responsive; almost too responsive for even the best typists. It's unfortunate to say, but I won't be purchasing another keyboard or RGB setup from this brand anymore due to the surrounding issues and will be purchasing keyboards from other companies.

Keyboard is nice, but the software is bad. iCUE is not very intuitive to begin with, but if you work at it (watch lots of videos, read forums, etc.) you can get it to work. Unfortunately, after you get it set up they will promptly update the software and none of your devices will be recognized any more.

keyboard itself is great, the low profile is what I wanted. the icue software is just AWFUL - I didn't realise how good the red dragon software was until I bought this. Had I known, I wouldn't have bought this.

I needed a quick replacement for my Logitech g910 at home that I have been using for when I work from home for the last 3 years. I thought the romer-g switches in that kb were mushy, the switches in this one are even worse. They are BARELY any better than a membrane keyboard. I have a K70 Lux as my in-office work keyboard. This k70 rapid fire mk.2 carries the same model designation, but none of the quality. the k70 lux has aluminum caps, Cherry red switches, and more function keys, but carries the same msrp as this low profile keyboard (which feels like every keystroke is traveling through a wet paper towel) for some unknowable and incomprehensible reason. This is going straight back. I never even plugged it in.

This is a poor example of a mechanical keyboard with Cherry switches. When you use the keyboard it feels like you are typing on a piece of soft bread. As well the keys are so close to one another my S key gets hung up on my D key key so they combo together. Don’t not buy this if you are using it to game as you will just be annoyed and let down.
