Love the keyboard, wish it was a tad quieter. Its gotten a litter louder after owning for a week, but love it overall. RGB function is awesome to say the least. Like the extra uses of multimedia buttons and volume feature adapted to keyboard is always a plus for music lovers. If you're looking for a white keyboard, not bad for something local and corsair is great. Game with a soft wrist rest as well!!

Don't buy it you want clicky keys. These are super quite and don't give the same tactile feel. Go with red keys

I love it I bought it for my first pc setup and liked the white and grey theme to match with everything overall! I also like the ability to use icue to match with different presents for different anime characters I like to display with my kraken z53. Amazing keyboard and love the sound of the switches!

Colors are nice and vibrant and the keys aren’t too loud. It has a nice weight to it while still being sturdy enough to stay in place.

Ordered 2 of these keyboards for my kids they seem to work great except for the lack of consistency in what's in the boxes. Both looked new and sealed but one box came with the black keys on the keyboard and extra FPS and MOBA key caps, the other came with the FPS gray caps already on and no extra MOBA caps. Model number on the boxes are exactly the same and I did double check that my order quantity was 2 of the one item in cart.

      Hi Thomas,

Sorry to hear, that really strange that a key is getting stuck like this. Can you see if a button is physically held down or is it just registering a key held down? Please reach out to our support team, we like to help you further with this: support.corsair.com

This is my second K70 Keyboard that I've had over the years. The first one was the original version and lasted about 1 year before it started glitching out and eventually completely died and had to be replaced under warranty. The replacement I was sent last about the same amount of time before the same issue happened. I've had this one for about 6 months now and last night had the same issue with it randomly glitching and now some of the keys are off color with their RGB. I have a feeling I will be sending this in for a warranty claim soon and never buying another corsair keyboard. You can see in the attached pictures the function keys RGB's are malfunctioning and wont match the rest of the key's colors.

Let's be honest ya'll - this keyboard is EXPENSIVE. There is a hefty premium just for the aesthetically pleasing white key caps and RGBs. You can probably find a cheaper keyboard with Cherry MX Speeds at Best Buy or other major retailers. BUT LEMME TELL YOU SOMETHING YOUNG FRIEND. IF YOU GOT THE MONEY, THEN YOU ARE GETTING THE HONEY. The sturdy PBT Keycaps provide a very high-quality feel. The RGB lights on each key are excellent and illuminate perfectly. The newly optimized Corsair iCue provides a limitless amount of options for lighting and effects. I genuinely am shooken to the nipple with the RGB effects on this keyboard. Coming for MX Browns, the MX Speeds keys were a tad strange because of the lack of tactile feedback. Obviously YMMV, but I genuinely prefer MX Speeds over Browns (after about 2 weeks of adjusting). You don't need to bottom out keys which makes playing keystroke demanding games (like the yung Fortnite) a lot easier. BUT I GOT TWO COMPLAINTS. First is the silver cord. It looks ugly af and is reflective. Second, the brushed aluminum was scratched right out of the box (I purchased on release date). This keyboard is white and silver, so don't eat ya dang doritios near it.

    Great Keyboard

It's always been a dream of mine to own a Corsair keyboard. I originally came from a Razer Blackwidow Chroma V2, which is a great keyboard as well, but this K70 M.2 is in an arena of its own. I purchased the Cherry MX Speed switch variant and it's absolutely amazing. The 1.2 mm actuation really does make your gaming experience feel more responsive and has legit given me the upper hand in heated situations in games such as Rainbow Six Siege. The build quality is amazing as well. It's a brushed aluminum, but still remains to be pretty lightweight for a gaming keyboard and all the bells and whistles this thing comes with. I also gotta give it to Corsair for really thinking about their audience and including not only a FAIRLY comfortable wrist rest, but textured keycaps for FPS and MMO games. Not to mention great RGB lighting for anyone who's into that, and also dedicated media keys AS WELL as a volume scroll wheel with a mute button right next to it. All together, this keyboard is great. I love it just as much as I did the first day I brought it home. It's an absolute dream. If you find this keyboard on sale, pick it up. You won't regret it. Also a few things to note, why I say the wrist rest if FAIRLY comfortable is because it seems a little short. It's comfortable for me now, but it took a little breaking in and learning where exactly I should place my wrist on it. But that may not be a problem for everyone considering I am 6' 2" and have fairly large sized hands. And keep in mind, because of the Speed switches and that 1.2 mm actuation distance, people are not wrong when saying these keys are sensitive. A slight tap on the wrong key will most likely register. It's something you'll get used to over time, and won't be a problem if you're a very precise typist but should definitely be something to be aware of.

I had recently built a new computer and was looking for a keyboard and mouse to go with it. As many systems these days have RGB lighting, I figured I'd run with it and get a keyboard which had RGB features as well. Initially, I saw the K55 keyboard from Corsair, and probably like a lot of people, the first thing that caught my eye was it's low price. I thought, "Wow! a programmable RGB keyboard for only $50-ish bucks! And with programmable macro keys on the side??!!! COOL! I took it home, hooked it up, it felt great, and I couldn't wait to try some of those really cool lighting effect profiles on it. Imagine my disappointment when I soon found out that the K55 had very limitted RGB options. You see, it only had three zones. I couldn't program each individual key with a different color. BUMMER! Sooo.... I chatted on-line with a best buy agent (I like their chat feature), explained the situation and asked if I could exchange it for another keyboard. He said, "Sure". So I brought it back to the store. Now the keyboard which closely matches the K55 is the K95 platinum (Has the macro keys on the side, but DOES have fully addressable keys) but... Best Buy never seems to have these in stock at their stores, they must be ordered on-line. Ugh!!!! Luckily I found the K70 keyboard, and they DID have this in stock at their store, so I swapped the K55 for the K70. Took it home, and I am DELIGHTED WITH THIS ONE!!! No, It does not have the macro keys on the side like the K55 and K95 do, but I can program any of the keys for macros (Probably do that with some of the function keys). More importantly, the K70 DOES allow me to run those fancy lighting profiles. I can program each individual key to be a different color. It has LOTS of lighting capabilities, which is what I was looking for to begin with. Yes, it's quite a bit more expensive than the K55, and for good reason. This keyboard has a metal casing. It's SOLID! Built tough! Also, unlike the K55, it has mechanical keys instead of membrane. I had no idea there were different ratings for key mechanisms; cherry, brown, and who knows what else. This one is cherry. It has a great feel, and it's fairly quiet. It's not noisy like my old Dell keyboard from the 90's! This keyboard has TWO USB plugs on it. Huh? That's weird. Why two? One is for the keyboard, the other is for the built-in USB port on the rear of the keyboard. You don't have to use it if you don't want. But if you do, then that's what the extra USB plug is for. It basically acts as an extension cord, taking one of your USB ports from your computer and making it available on the back of the keyboard instead. Cool idea! The keyboard has media controls for stop, forward, play, etc, and has a volume mute button and scrolling volume up/down control. As I'll be using this computer mostly with video editing, these features will certainly come in handy. It also has a windows lockout feature, and switchable profiles and brightness buttons. It's very well thought-out. The keyboard also comes with a detachable wrist pad. To take full advantage of the RGB lighting features of this keyboard, you'll need to download Corsair's Icue software (available on-line for free). Whether you're just doing video editing, gaming, love lights, or just want a very well-built keyboard that looks and feels great, I'm sure you'll be very happy with the K70. I have no complaints about this one. I LOVE IT, and would recommend it.
