    Key issues still resolved

My son had this keyboard since he really thinks highly of Corsair. Sad to report our warranty ran out a few months ago and the keyboard is having the same key issues where his "W" key keeps entering multiple times. After reading a few of the reviews, it appears it's a hardware issue that Corsair hasn't fixed. We reached out to support team and they said since it's out of warranty they can't do anything about it. I am disappointed that after spending $200 on a keyboard I can't expect it work over 2 years and even though the hardware issue is clearly a problem, Corsair isn't recalling or fixing the issue. Guess it's better to buy a $50 keyboard that you change out every year than trusting that a highly recognized name wouldn't honor their own product failures.

      Hi,

Sorry to hear about your experience. Considering the high usage of the "W" key amongst gamers, I suggest gently removing the key cap and making sure there is not any particles (ex. dirt) intervening with the switch's actuation.
