Corsair Performance and Reliability
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This keyboard is amazing. The switches feel great and each key is individually lit. This is TKL so no numbers on the side but not everyone uses those as much anyways. And being TKL, the keyboard feels very compact and doesn't take a lot of space on the desk. The keyboard does come with some of your dedicated media keys so no clunky FN+ button smashing. This does connect using USB-C so if you have an extra cable lying around, that can do the job but the included cable is a USB-C to USB-A. The keyboard has full support for Corsair iCUE! There is a tournament switch at the back of the keyboard. What this does is it turns off any distracting thing such as the RGB lighting so it changes that to a single color. It also disables any Windows macro keys that might occur while gaming.

Corsair at its best!
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I love this Keyboard. I like that it's tenkeyless but yet has all its features. The tournament mode switch is a nice touch so if you are doing competitions you can flip the switch and lock it and theres a light so they can see if it's on or off. The ICUE software is really easy to use and is great make sure to upgrade to ICUE V4 or else the keyboard will not be recognized in the software. (I was running ICUE V3 and did not work) I currently have Corsair fans and an AIO so my keyboard matches and syncs up with my PC. I love the fact I can click a the profile button on the keyboard and switch between profiles on the fly. You can also can turn off the RGB in on the keyboard and computer in one click. The responsiveness is really really good very quick. I don't see or feel any lag. The Cherry MX switches are really good as well they give a good feel they have a nice mechanical sound but not too loud (so you know you hitting the key but not the whole neighborhood) and I love the spacebar. The spacebar is dampened I like that because I must spacebar slapper and it makes it easy and more satisfying to hit without a feeling too light it gives it a nice resistance and feel. Also the included keycaps Are nice too they come with two variations I mainly use the WASD that allows it to basically cup your fingers in the correct position which makes it very nice for when you play sweaty you won't lose where your spot is. They also are textured which makes it hard to slip on. The build quality is very nice I really like the aluminium chassis it's very heavy and very sturdy which is what you wanna keyboard. The braided USB C is great quality without it being super thick, and the cable plugs in nice and secure so you don't have to worry about it popping out. The keyboard is also nice and compact so it allows for you to have a little extra space for your mouse which helps me a lot with my limited desk space. The RGB colors are fantastic in very vibrant and bright even against the back keyboard. You can also on the fly dim them instantly case there too much or you can go full on rainbow or have a single colour and with ICUE software. There is many features and settings that you can use in the software. Overall a very solid gaming keyboard with all the features you would ever need in good form factor, great build quality, and performance.

Gaming keyboard for the Tournament player
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is a neat little (And I do mean compact) keyboard. Key response is great with no noticeable input lag. The keys give a good satisfying click when pressed, feedback is amazing. The tournament switch is a nice feature. For those that play competitively this is an excellent way to get tournament ready. It turns off macros, personalized settings, etc leaving just a single static color to minimize distractions. For its size, it’s also on the heavy side, making it a stable platform for those of us that are slightly aggressive. It’s not moving around easy. The K70 feels extremely durable. Corsair includes extra key and tool for changing out you WASD keys. Setup software is easy to use. I love how you can change colors and patterns easily. Definitely recommend using the iCUE software. Trying to use manual adjustments seemed a bit buggy. Setting macros is a breeze. My only real complaint is no 10-key. I thought I could do without it, but it’s a chore for me personally. I didn't realize how much I’d miss it. For mobile gaming, this beats ANY gaming laptop keyboard in a nicely portable package. If space is at a premium, this is for sure the keyboard you want. Again, the key feedback is wonderful with satisfying clicks. For gamers that don’t need or want a 10key pad, this one is the way to go for sure.

Feels sturdy and smooth, but I make a lot of typos
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The combination of the physical weight and the smooth linear keys gives this thing the feel of a well-oiled machine. The reason I give it 4 stars is because I'm not crazy about a few things. The switches do travel quite a long distance when pressed (especially in comparison to a laptop keyboard), and the slope takes some getting used to. In comparison to the Logitech Gk915 (which was the other one I tried), this Corsair keyboard is actually more difficult for me to type with, but it is more sturdy and offers more tactile satisfaction. I hope that with time I will get more used to this. I did eventually replace the keys with some more uniform, lower profile ones, by the way.

Decent.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I love the keyboard, but there is an insane amount of pinging noise whenever you press a key. Wouldn't really recommend but it's a good value, but definitely not what I expected.
