You would hit a key and it would repeat itself over the rest of your typing. For game play it was useless. It would repeat the same for many key presses. I thought it would be just one key but it didn't matter which key, it was random. I emailed their support and they sent me instructions and firmware. The instructions had me clear the firmware and reload and reload it. At first I thought it was fixed, but then it started again a few days later. Sometimes it will go for a few hours without repeating, sometimes it will repeat every few minutes. Very random and unpredictable. Next time I will read the negative reviews first. I read the negative reviews on Amazon and many people had the same results, even after several replacements. I have since purchased a different gaming keyboard with no such issues. You should get a better product with such a hefty price tag.
