I've never used a logitech 502 other than in store. I have pretty big hands so i found this to work very well. The programmable buttons are nice for gaming. I don't use the sniper button as a sniper button, iv remapped it which is great. What else can you say, its a game mouse that gets the job done. I do wish it was bigger, but idk if any gaming mice are bigger.

I love this mouse. My wife purchased a razor tournament edition for me but the cursor stopped working so I brought it back and got this one at half the price of the razor. I love how the mouse contours to your hand and the software is much better in the sense of customization. The color indicator for the DPI setting is very useful. Overall, this mouse just works.

While the mouse itself has worked wonderfully, the software to configure the lighting is crap! To make matters worse Corsair tech support was clueless in how to fix it and on the third rep I was told to go look at a third party form by a guy that even the tech support rep stated knew more than any of them about their own product!! I kind of got the software to work, but it is still not working right..

This is the second one I purchased. The first one did not survive me throwing it against the wall after losing a gaming match. My bad, not the fault of the mouse. The mouse is accurate and has lots of buttons in the right place for a claw handed player, like myself. Comes with software that will let you make the right changes that work for you and the price was perfect.

After getting back into FPS games on PC, I was using other brands of mice with the "sniper" thumb button. I noticed that I had to extend my thumb to actually push the button. This made me break my comfortable grip on the mouse just to reach the button. I found this mouse to be just as comfortable the buttons all within reach without having to adjust my grip to get to the thumb button.

I had the mouse for a few weeks, I bought it around the start of April. Now in almost May, the LED's on the mouse all burnt out. I'm not entirely sure if they're faulty, or it's just my wear and tear on the mouse that shook them around too much, but I don't think that should happen in under a month. It's overall a great mouse, and a perfect combination of functionality and looks, but now the looks part is a bit lacking.

I really wanted to like this mouse, but the button mapping made it hard to do. The forward and backward buttons are high on the side of the mouse. When browsing the internet, thats fine. However during intense matches, having to move your thumb to the top of the mouse meant life or death. I wanted a gaming mouse first and because of the positioning of the buttons, I had to return it and get the deathadder elite.

At its core, this is a solid mouse - nice size and shape (I tend to favor a fingertip grip), good button placement/feedback and a nice sensor. Some may find it a tad heavy if you're coming from something like a Death Adder, but it wasn't much of an issue after a short adjustment period. I do wish that it had a little more LED blingie-blingie to go with the 'RGB" moniker, though - as it is, it's a bit of a stretch to call it an RGB model when there are only two controllable lighting zones.
