This mouse is good for gaming from experience, have the corsair icue software in tandem with other corsair products allows you to sync your RGB lighting but also allows you to adjust your DPI by using the mouse itself even giving you a side button for low DPI to allow slow precise movements of the mouse while aiming through a precision scope in q first person shooter.

Easily the best mouse I've used across hundreds of hours browing and playing various games. The sniper button hasn't gotten as much use as I expected but the extra ones on the side of the mouse are sturdy and click extremely well making them perfect for alternate button choices.

I owned the older model and loved it dearly, yet this version seems to only improve upon it. The thumb button placement is somehow more comfortable and the materials, more ergonomic. Lighting is improved both in visibility and customization as well. If a quality gaming mouse with a thumb button and 2 side buttons is what you're looking for, this is it.

I have a white build, and for a white build I wanted a white mouse. Unfortunately there’s not a lot of options but this one is great! I have small hands and was afraid it wouldn’t be comfortable but its really not bad. I like it. I just wish the white was matte instead of gloss .

I have the ironclaw before this and although it is a fantastic wireless mouse, something was missing. It had all the bells and whistles but i couldn't shake the fact that something was just not satisfying my mouse needs. Long story short. I was browsing around best buy saw this on display put my hand around it and I instantly said this is the one! The shape of it fit perfectly in my hand and the snipe button is a nice addition during my fps gameplays. I dont care much of the adjustable weights or that its wired it just fit like a glove and it translated into a better experience in my fps gaming. I wish it was also wireless but I figured 1 wire is a small price to pay for a more enjoyable gaming experience! I know theres the dark core but it still felt like something was missing for me. I'm going to keep the ironclaw for my wireless needs. But I hope this will help someone make a more wise decision on selecting a mouse. Try out a demo of different mouses (mice?) at the store and find the one that feels right for you. Researching helps also, but actually taking the mouse on a test drive is a must before you buy!

Light, effective, and fast. They only reason for a 4 star review is the Corsair software to configure it (lighting, button, etc.) is not as seamless or elegant as it should be. However, once setup, you never need to use it again.

This was a replacement for a previous Corsair mouse. The mouse is comfortable and works as intended. I don't really care for having the snipe button where my thumb rests but I am sure some would find that to be a bonus.

I recently upgraded my M65 Pro for the Elite when it was on sale. I didnt like the feel of the white plastic of my pro, my fingers would slide around to much so i bought the elite in the black textured rubber, its much nicer. The mouse is lighter then the pro and the scroll wheel has leds on the side which is nice plus. Overall i would buy again

I've been using the M65 Pro and Elite mouse for several years and it's held up to all the gaming sessions to this day. Sturdy build and response is virtually instant. Settings can be changed on the fly and you can customize the mouse via Corsair iCue software. Highly recommended mouse, especially for FPS.

I got this mouse to have something that felt substantial when my last mouse got a bit glitchy. I love the build quality but the ergonomics are not as great as I would like them to be. I really wish corsair had a tilted design.

One of the biggest draws to corsair products is their phenomenal customer support and warranty. Having said that, this particular mouse is a better fit for bigger hands, doesn't cause hands cramps from long gaming sessions and has a high dpi for great accuracy and precision movement.

I replaced my razor mouse with this originally to match the rest of my system so it was all corsair. But I actually like this mousrke better more comfortable in my hand than the razor was. And it was a fraction of the cost.

Need a new gaming mouse without all the fancy buttons. Settled on the Corsair. It is a bit bigger than my old mouse but it works well. Haven't used all the features on it yet.
