As a mouse pad - for mouse pad's sake - not so nice. But that's my opinion. I use a Corsair Nightsword and find that there are times, depending upon my room's ambient lighting, when the mouse will stutter... not track. Oh, it's the pad! I placed a piece of white printer paper under the mouse and it tracks just grand. It's nice to look at, too. IMOAO, it may be just a tad over-priced.
