Had a smaller one of the same style over 3 years and is completely usable feels like new.

This mat is both high quality and reasonably priced.

Durable mat

He wanted a mat big enough for his mouse and keyboard, This was it and then some. It seems to be of good quality and durable. Price seemed a little high though.
