The issue I had was the smell. It smells like a tire. The smell was giving me headaches. If it was a slight smell then it wouldn't be a problem, but this smell is strong.

I use this for my work desk so its still usable but i would not use this for gaming. Maybe the non graphic variants dont suffer this issue

I've games and hobbied on it, spilled glue and paint on it, and it's stil holding up really well. The pattern really helps to hide the accidents lol. Oh it layed flat from day one and never even had that smell some of the cheaper mats have. 10/10
