Ever since i got thos mousepad 6 months ago i have been unplugging and replugging it in every time i boot my PC in order to use it. None of the troubleshooting options provided by corsair on their forums have helped me or any of the other users experiencing the same issue, and the only fix any of those people have found is to quite literally just buy a new one. There are defective units out there, please consider carefully before purchasing!

The idea was very good but the led colors fade very quick to the point where I’m not even sure if one side even has LEDs lights. It also doesn’t sit flat on a desk, with the top being a bit elevated due to the design and location of the LED power intake.
