Major complaint though is there is an issue with the lighting effect when you boot up and the only way to fix it is to unplug the usb cable and plug it back in... defeats the purpose of an RGB mouse pad. And after doing some troubleshooting and research it seems to be a common problem with their mouse pads. If the issue gets resolved I'd rate it higher.

Towards the edges of the mousepad, the color is brighter and thus looks a different color. For example when using purple, the edges end up looking like a hot pink instead.

To be fair, that's in the software of this gaming mat, but it's also a large portion of what the mat has to offer.

The complaints i have, is that it MUST be plugged into a pc, not a wall outlet. And the feeling where the lights are is very rough. Made some of my hoodies and long sleeve shirts fray from it.
