Sorry to hear that one side isn't lighting, have you been able to try the mouse pad USB connection on a different USB port on the computer or on another system as well? The RGB lighting uses a lot of power and may need more than available on that specific USB port. Dim Bottom RGB After 7 Months

It didn’t even last a month! For as expensive as it is compared to cheaper mousepads on Amazon, I expected it to last and be good quality. What a waste of money.

Its a big mat which is a plus but if you bought this for the lights you have to add another app on your PC that seldom works.

Cheap quality expensive price

From day 1 It had crinkling issues near the USB hub that would never go away unless taken apart and had the neon tube recut. Very expensive for what is was. I would stick to Razer when it comes to RGB mousepads, or try a different brand.

Good mouse pad but got an open box

There were 2 stickers keeping the box sealed, one of the sticker was cut open and the other sticker had been removed and re-attached to the box because there was dust and glue residue on the box

Sorry to hear you experienced this issue. Have you tried checking your MM700 RGB's lighting settings in our iCUE software? The lighting effect may have been accidentally disabled or adjusted.
