hard, unswappable surface. large bump in top center means you have to use a wireless mouse or a bungee to hold the cable over it.

Software would not work on two of my machines.. Meaning my computers could not detect it. Returned it. Bought Razer pad and it works.

Lights don't work. Computer can't even recognize device

Okay so I tried this mouse pad at the local best buy. I thought it was incredible how easily the mouse slides across the pad. If you have a wireless mouse this is for you!!! because... with a wired mouse that plastic piece at the top of the mouse pad will always hit against your wire. For 60 bucks that is really annoying to have to think about it every time that wires hits that plastic piece. I had to rotate my mousepad 90 degrees to handle it. I don't like wireless mice. So I will be returning this mousepad. Other than that the surface on this thing is incredible and I didn't know mousepads could make mice glide so easily across it. Pros: Large, Mouse slides easily on surface Cons: Not good with a wired mouse due to interference of the chord.

I had only ever used cloth mouse pads, but after testing out this hard surface mouse pad in the store I was sold. The movement is smooth and the USB pass through comes in clutch for plugging my headphones into! The RGB lighting is amazing (as usual) and I love this pad. My only complaint is the USB port being dead center on the top of the pad, but not a big deal if you work the mouse cable around it.

This mouse pad replaced my Razer Firefly mousepad and I have never looked back. The software is easy to use and the RGB LEDs shine bright. The surface material offers minimal friction so the mice glides smoothly. Highly recommended!

This mousepad is great. I got it as an impulse buy, but doing a comparison to my boyfriends razer rgb mousepad, mine is more customizable and also has an extra USB port. Very cool to mess with and love seeing it everyday.

if you are gamer you are going to need a mouse bungie!!!

I've had this now for a few weeks. It has issues being recognized by my PC. The USB pass through doesn't work all the time, and you can't use it with anything before the CUE 2 software. Which is a big negative in my book. The earlier version of the CUE software worked miles better than CUE2 and was a heck of a lot easier to configure, and was not as bug ridden. I was very disappointed to find out this was not compatible with the older versions forcing me to upgrade the software. The texture of the the mouse pad is great, it's fast, but not too fast. May take some getting used to. The lighting options are great and it looks fantastic when it's working. I really do like it when it's working as intended, but it's buggy. And the software you need for it is buggy as well. This was a purchase I sort of regret getting, but not enough to return it or swap it for something else.

Well I bought this 2 years ago and after the first year the surfacae where I move my mouse had eroded and so the mouse meets friction when moving. It becomes very annoying and I adjusted my stance to use the other half of the mousepad but I just don't like my arm being that wide. This is my single only complaint. I now have to purchase a new one or maybe just get a different mouse pad that won't be unusable for gaming after 1-2 years of use, considering the hefty price tag.

As soon as I plugged this thing into my USB port my system crashed and I had the reinstall Windows. I didn't believe it was the pad but it did it a second time, immediately after I plugged it in without any other changes to my system. This is going to take forever to fix and not worth an RGB mouse pad. I work from home too so my livelihood is going to be affected. I have a ton of other corsair stuff but I'm going to rethink my product loyalty. Razer is looking really good right now.
