Installed this in my brothers PS5 and it is fantastic. 2Tb of more space at blazing fast speeds. The only drawback (which I knew before buying this) is that the heatsink that is on it is too large for the PS5. You will need to buy a shorter one in order for it to fit. I found one that was all copper for less than $10 which worked perfectly. Couldn't be happier with this purchase.

3 corsair drives, 2 of the mp600 core 2tb, 3 doa drives. very annoying. rma'd a motherboard because surely it wouldn't be 3 dead drives. nope seems to be 3 dead drives. booo

This drive was a perfect match for the PS5. No issues at all two months later. Other than nweding to leave the drive bay door off after installing it was a perfect fit with the heat. There is not need to spend double, get this drive for you PS5.

Is one of the top 3 nvmes for ps5. now this works with ps5 some dont know wich do and dont this is gen 4 so it works. But the crazy thing about why this is more worth it is cause the recomeneded speed is above like 5000 normaly this reads lower but since it has more memory and for those who dont know more memory on ssds makes em faster. the ps5 actually reads over 6000. so this now becomes not only the cheapest nvme for ps5 its also 100 percent qualified for future ps5 games. note the panel that is used to cover it wont fit anymore but honestly its better to have open anyway to let heat out

Originally thinking about getting this SSD to upgrade the internal storage of my PS5. But the heatsink came with it does not fit. You need to get a new heatsink to put on it before you can put the PS5 SSD cover back on. Other than that, this is a good purchase. Cheap price and huge storage. I cannot find any other better solution for a PS5 upgrade!

My PC boots Windows 11 very fast with this as the boot drive and it has plenty of room.

This M.2 is really fast with a good price, keeps its low temps considering the speeds it can reach.

Very fast option for m.2. Great value for the money.

Cheapest NVME that works on PS5 and has good speeds and offers a heatsink. If you use this heatsink than you wont be able to put the original cover back on the PS5.

Works in the PS5 even though it's a bit slower than the recommended speeds. Ratchet and other games load fast and I don't "feel" any lagginess at all.

Works as advertised. Speeds arent incredibly fast, but they are up there with similar drives. Now we jsut wait to see how long it lasts.

Great for what you need to do in a pc. Will not fit in a gaming console because of the heat sink but does very well with transfer speeds.
