Great mouse! Runs smooth and fits well in my hand. Only complaint is the icue app its really confusing and difficult to use

This is easily the best mouse that I have personally used. I now have a second one. The only issue I've had is using the icue app. It has crashed which has caused me to lose my mouse settings like dpi adjustment buttons and button binds. Still a 5 star product and I'll buy the high end corsair until anything comes along that's better. I've tried a lot of different high end products and nothing matches.

This mouse is great, but not perfect. The weight is very customizable, which I enjoy. However, the rubber on the left and right sides of the mouse was already beginning to wear away within the return period. In addition, the lift-off distance cannot be customized. This results in imprecision with FPS games where small fine-tuned movements are necessary. The lights look nice on the mouse, and over all it is very aesthetically pleasing.

The mouse will randomly remap the forward and back buttons. I’ve reinstalled the software many times. The only thing that works is to soft reset the mouse. This is a temporary fix as the problem will show back up after a few hours of usage. The mouse will also randomly register a left click without being touched. It doesn’t happen very often, but when it does the mouse will continually register a single left click every couple of minutes. Once again, a soft reset will fix the issue, for a little while. Of course, these issues did not arise until I owned the mouse for a couple of months, just past the return policy date.
