It resolved itself eventually. They keyboard looks very neat with the lights, but the mechanical part doesn't feel that different to me for the money. Overall neat looking but not sure the mechanical keys make typing any easier.

They will roast you for having such a loud keyboard!!! I switch to Logitech and its so much quieter and my headset mic doesn't pick it up..

I had to reboot PC to fix but kept happening. Had to return them and exchange for another model.

In a fully dark room with no lights, its hard to see the key caps. For having such a big reputation for RGB, this is a huge letdown. Compared to a Logitech G910, this Corsair keyboard has to be without exaggeration, 4 times dimmer. I had them sitting next to each other and you cant even compare the two. The font they use on the keycaps makes it even harder to locate the keys. Even the light bar at the top is dim compared to an MM800 mousepad which is at least twice as bright. The top light bar has missing sections when fully lit. The media control keys brightness is even worse. When I attempted to use this keyboard in a game, using the escape key triggered macros from my mouse! I tried this multiple times through multiple restarts, removing hardware, software etc, just to isolate and remove this problem. Was unable. I really wanted this keyboard to be the best and wanted to replace my current keyboard. The people leaving reviews as the best keyboard ever have clearly not tried other keyboards such as the Logitech G910 which is vastly superior from a hardware standpoint. I returned this K95 Platinum. When Corsair releases a keyboard worthy of $200. I'll buy it and leave a 5 star review. This keyboard isn't worthy of it.
