I like the product but the head phones are not that awesome.

After 2 weeks the lights on the keyboard went out.

I know this is a bundle and it’s basically as cheap as it gets but the keyboard feels gummy at best and the headset has very poor quality. Huge disappointment.

headset mic doesn’t work on PC. Don’t buy this. I’ve been trying to fix it for hours even went back and got a new one. Still doesn’t work.

Had a hard time getting the sound to connect. Tried looking up videos to guide. Did not work properly so returned this item.

With the current Corsair iCue software, there is no way to save the RGB profiles to memory on the keyboard or mouse. You have to be running the iCue software for them to work, which is a huge bummer, since I want to move these devices around from machine to machine without having to install this software. This essentially disables a key feature for this device, which is RGB.

Keyboard has stupid row of "g" keys on far left - always hitting the top 1 thinking its ESC. irritating. Mouse is too small for my feel, but that is more of a personal comfort thing.. I do have a tiny hand though. As for headphones, I can hear sound, but EVERYONE says it sounds like I'm in a wind turbine when I speak - and my PC is super quiet while gaming... Garbage.

Not impressed with the quality of this set. The headphones are not very good.

Greetings. At this time I cannot provide a review on this product as I have not yet received it. It has been on delay for more than two weeks. I hope to receive it soon. As soon as I have it I could do the review.

Set up this combo with my wife's new PC and the headset was dead from the start..confirmed this by plugging her set into my computer and still didn't work and my set into her computer and it did work.

Out of the box the key board light stop working and tried everything and even downloaded the application to get it to work. No luck will replace for another bundle to see if I get lucky this time

my son used this the keyboard stopped workibg and the sound quality sucks on headset would not buy again

After only 1 week the keyboard stop lighting up and headset doesn’t work at all. Very frustrating!

headset stops working a few days after the purchase

So far I am liking the keyboard and mouse but am wondering why my headset doesn't light up led's lights even though it says that it can be programmed by the CUE app. The headset doesn't pop up on the app, just the keyboard and mouse. Is the headset supposed to have led lights on the logo parts of the headset or not? Please let me know.

Alright, everything else I don't have a problem with except the false advertisement that the headset suppose to have LEDS on them and it suppose to work with iCUE software. I tried to buy a an audio adapter for aux to usb to see if the iCUE software would detect, but it still didn't detect. Before I bought the adapter, I tried to contact corsair about the problem, i've still haven't gotten a reply on my ticket. Everything else i'm fine with. I provided pictures of the headset being hooked up and it not being detected. It plays audio, the mic also works, I just feel since everything else worked with the iCUE software except the headphones that it's not as satisfying as I thought it would be, even on the box it had the iCUE software label under the headset. And Corsair, don't comment up under this review talking about contact our support system, i've already done that and you still haven't replied.

This bundle, albeit convenient is pretty terrible. The RGB doesn’t sync up with any of the devices, the mouse is incredibly small and pretty uncomfortable, and the headset is okay for Audio alone, but the mic is beyond salvation with insanely low sensitivity and a lack of rgb lighting. The single saving grace is the mouse pad, but that is not worth the whole bundle. When I say I am disappointed it is an understatement because I had great hopes for Corsair. Would give a 1 star if the mousepad wasn’t decent and the keyboard was okay, albeit a membrane one.

just got the bundle from bestbuy and withing a hour after using them i ran into a problem with the headphones and for some reason the headphones have a VERY weird static sound in them 24/7 tryed everything to fix it an couldnt solve the problem, if it was a bundle with just the keyboard and mouse the it would be great because so far haven't found any problems with the mouse or keyboard but the headphones SUCK...

I'll preface this by saying I returned my first bundle today. First headset came out of the box without screws holding the plastic piece above the left earmuff in place. You could also tell it was a returned item, sold as new without an open box price; the packaging was very obviously opened before and things put back in the wrong place. All of that I could have lived with; what I couldn't live with, is the keyboard deciding to randomly stop typing like a regular keyboard, and every key having a random shortcut assigned to it, and that's all that it would activate unless I rebooted my brand new computer, which will not do the same thing with other keyboards. So, I returned my first set and got the second one. Had the same keyboard issue. So, I will be returning this one as soon as I possibly can, and will be going with a more overpriced company, but one with a much more likelihood to be an effective piece of equipment. This keyboard feels solid, but I would have liked to have been able to test that out.
