My problem with the product is the software which is required to get even minimal functionality (simple white backlight with controllable brightness) takes way too much CPU, like 5%. I would return it if I could (it's too late).

The LED works fine; however, it will not work when trying to use it to type. Owned for 1 year when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.While these keyboards are terrific initially, they begin to fail at about the year and a half mark. I bought this in November 2018 to replace one that had terrible chatter (keys duplicating pushes) only to have this one suffer the same issue at around the same timeframe. Previously it was the E and H keys, now it’s the O and occasionally the R. The switches themselves have a pretty high fail rate, and this is an issue I’ve seen with Corsair keyboards going back years. Just go to their own forums and you see this issue plaguing their keyboard models as far back as they’ve been operating. Save your money and spend it something more reliable like a Logitech. My old G15 lasted almost a decade, and I just can’t recommend a company whose inconsistent quality issues are the only consistent thing about their keyboards.
