This is a great purchase for your system. It powers my system with a 3090 rtx graphics card with no problems. It also has an adjustable fan speed on the power supply itself. Easy to install. Took about 15 minutes

Very straightforward installation of this PSU. I thought this would get loud since it's a 1000W but not really. I think my air coming out of my vent in the room is louder than this. I really enjoy this is modular and I can plug in only what I need. Plus this is 50-series optimized so I don't have issues with what cords to have. As a new PC builder, I don't know what to do with my extra cords. It would be cool to have a bag or something I could stick them in so they don't collect dust and I have them all in one spot.

I picked up the Corsair RM1000x for a new build, and it has absolutely delivered on every front. Right out of the box, the build quality feels incredibly premium. Because it is fully modular, cable management is an absolute breeze. You only plug in the exact cables you need, which leaves the inside of the case looking clean and drastically improves airflow. The cables themselves are high quality, flexible enough to route through tight spaces, and hold their shape well. Performance-wise, this unit is rock solid. Providing a clean 1000W of power means it handles transient power spikes from high-end graphics cards without skipping a beat. What impressed me the most, though, is how quiet it runs. The 140mm magnetic levitation fan utilizes a zero-RPM mode under low and medium loads. During normal desktop use or light tasks, the fan doesn't even spin, making it completely silent. Even under heavy gaming loads when the fan kicks on, I can barely hear it over my case fans.

I am powering an RTX 5080 and a Ryzen 9800X3D both overclocked lightly and this power supply comfortably handles it, staying really quiet for the most part. You’ll only hear the fans ramp up when stress testing and even then its no louder than my case fans.

All-around great power supply, to the point that I would have been happy paying the regular price at the time. The cables feel and look great, and 1000W gives me plenty of headroom for any CPU/GPU upgrades down the line. 10 years manufacturer's warranty is also great for peace of mind.

I needed this for my rig after upgrading to a 5070ti and this even came with the 16pin power cable I needed that made the instal as easy as putting together legos. Quiet, great power overhead for every casual pc user and most moderate/advanced users and feels premium.

Works great. Had a Gigabyte power supply blow on my computer and replaced it with the same model for that one to blow within a few days of recieving. So I bought this Corsair to replace it and swapped all the cables, it qprked just as expected and still works. Also the optional manual fan control is a nice added feature. I will no longer buyGigabyte power supplies and will now continue to buy Corsair

Works well. Dont skimp when buying a psu. This is worth the investment. It comes with some cable management aids which is a plus.

This Corsair RM1000x power supply is a really good product and works great, just like the title says. The build quality feels excellent, and it offers fantastic value for the price. Installation was straightforward thanks to the fully modular cables, which helped keep things tidy. It powers my system reliably without any issues so far. Definitely recommended if you need a high-wattage, quality PSU.

This PSU is overkill for my PC build but it works great. It’s fully modular so you use the cables you need and it’s less clutter in your PC case. Having 1000w is more than I need but it just gives me room to expand and not worry about power.

It is worth noting is actually a PLATINUM efficiency rated PSU per the Cybernetics report and analysis ln their database, a step above the Gold Cybernetics rating printed on the box. Onto the PSU itself, it does its job well and with class. It is virtually silent at idle and under load, and my sample had no coil whine whatsoever. It powers my 7800X3D/4090 system exceptionally. I installed this after trying a brand new ROG Thor Platinum II 1200w, which not only was more expensive but had horrific coil whine out of the box both powered on and off along with a rattling fan. This PSU has no compromises, runs efficiently and quietly, and is priced very fairly. Get this one if its a top-tier 1000w PSU you need.

Bought this to replace a failing PSU and does what it says on the tin. It's definitely quiet and the build quality and materials feel premium. It uses individual stranded cables rather than bundled which makes it easier to work with (if a bit more involved to manage cleanly). The only downside is that I needed 2 4+4 runs for my CPU, 3 6+2 PCIe runs for my GPU, and two 6+2 PCIe runs for my iCUE link system (I run two nodes) and so I was one short. Thankfully I was able to rearrange my setup to only need one node, but if you need more than 6 CPU/PCIe runs you're gonna have a bad time.
